Please make it easier to change from 1 HP printer to another
i purchased this model to replace an existing one. I work from a mac and without doubt it was a complicated process to set up a new printer, delete the old one, change over my ink plan and be able to set up scan to email. Your help desk was good (despite HP making it difficult to reach). The prices was over 3 hours and 2 very long long calls

Do not buy
Would like to leave less than zero. Bought it to replace my HP Smart Tank 7001 that lasted about 18 months; wouldn't connect anymore to my HP laptop purchased at the same time and Support was no help as it was a few days out of warranty. Took this thing out of the box on 1/20/24. Wouldn't connect to my laptop; called Support and got it up and running... and stopped the next day after printing 4 pages. Called Support again; 90 minutes later it printed one page and seemed okay. Next day; hit print, nothing. Back to HP for refund... Time to try a different brand. I'm glad others had good luck. I haven't seemed to hit the lottery on printers yet.

What more can I say…I definitely recommend the HP 9015e!
The HP 9015e replaced my 8 year old HP8620 OfficeJet pro which I had absolutely worn out. The 9015e has worked perfectly since I took it out of the box…I’m satisfied!

Printer set up issues
So far I really like my HP OJ Pro 9015e AIO. The problem I had in setting up the printer was the ink cartridges. Unlike the older HP printer I had, where the cartridges push all the way into the compartment, these 962 cartridges don't go all the way into the compartment because the compartment doesn't have the same depth. Aparently the people on the help line didn't know that so all new cartridges that were sent to me (and I returned unused) didn't go in either, AND the printer would only accept the initial cartridges for set up that came with the printer in the box.

So far so good… Needed help from HP support setting it up since I’m a little handicapped with all this. But when it becomes the least problematic I immediately and don’t wait and call HO and they always get the job done professionally.

Wish the unit was overall smaller. Does everything I need it it to do. Was not exactly plug and play but when you call HP Tech support for help they are there to help you get up and running. Never had a complaint about their tech support.

Unfortunately my printer is not able to print yet because of issues with the cartridges. New ones are on order and hope to get them in a day or two. Would have preferred better customer service and listening than just saying it's the cartridges.

Should be fully functional out of the box
Had to contact service in order to get all the features to work. CS was on phone for close to an hour. Finally got it to work after installing additional items to the software.

Bought as replacement for HP Office Jet Pro 8600
I’ve used this printer for a week and it prints, scans and copies ok. I had to buy it as replacement for a well-functioning HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 for which HP stopped supporting with updated print drivers for MAC. The construction of this new one is “flimsy” compared to the old one.

HP Software and drivers will not install. HP Smart on start up screen states "HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series" with "New HP Cartridges Installed" and "Needs Attention". No idea and no references to what "needs attention". Have contacted HP Suppost and have yet to receive any answer to issues.

Best Subscription Ever!
I have had Instant Ink for years and love it! When I was having trouble with my last printer, I called Instant Ink support and found out I needed a new printer. She sold me a new printer on the phone, there is no way I could have bought a printer for that low of a price and I was given 9 months of free Instant Ink. I love the service!

Won't copy
Right out of the box it would not copy. I called tech support and they said it would take 15 to 30 minutes to diagnose. Routed to several customer service people and tech support people. Had a hard time understanding each one. So coupled with the fact my friend has spoken to tech support for over 4 hours in three calls and can't get the same model to print, and now this brand new copier won't copy, I decided to send it back. It's a copier/printer, it should copy right out of the box. So disappointed. My previous two printers were HP. Tech support was horrible.

I love my printer
I love my hp printer. I got a new printer because hp sent me an email saying my old printer is no longer supported even though it has no problem. Immediately i got the email, the printer stopped printing colored. When i print in black and white, everything is fine, but when i print in colored, the print comes out terrible. I mostly print colored. I have to replace the printer. Right now, i haven't used all the printer capabilities to give a full review, thats why i gave it a 3star. When i am able to use all its capabilities, i'll update. For now, everything is going smoothly.

I got this printer for my daughter because it was advertised as all in one, and she could print photos too, but she can't figure out how to print photos.

Can the printer accept A4 size paper for scanning?

Will the printer print PDF files that are located on a USB Thumb Drive using the front USB port on the left side of the printer? What file formats will it print, using this port. This is not the rear USB connection port, but the front left USB port.
Hey, Tier Level 3 support says PDF from the front USB port is not supported. Only Image file formats like JPG, BMP, TIFF and PNG.
I just confirmed this and it will NOT print PDF files from a USB Flash Drive.
