Do not buy it!
This is the worst printer I've ever owned. It's also the worst printer hp has ever made. The fax function is so poor it's not worth trying. It's slow. It can't send a fax from your computer. It is horribly slow when faxing, with many error messages and failed faxes. Most of the time it will not accept incoming faxes. I get error messages for printing on a regular basis. It is a constant struggle to use it for any function other than copying. It is not ecofriendly. You have to print every page to fax it. Total waste of paper and ink.

HP OFFICE JET PRO 9015 E Printer has been discontinued. I own this printer and tonight it is very crucial that I scan documents; however, because HP decided to put the scanning software online instead of building it into the printer. Not the brightest!!!!

For this all-in-one am I able to scan multiple documents into a PDF on my computer? Or do I have to scan individually on the glass. And when they scan does it use OCR to recognize text so I can edit the documents in Adobe?

How do I extend the printer's paper 'output tray'? The way it is now (regardless of whether the input tray is set to 8.5x11 OR 8.5x14). As it is now, it is too short to hold more than a couple sheets (if even that).

All of the cartridges are individual in this case. It uses the 962 and 962XL cartridges. If you use the HP Smart app for the setup, you will also get a prompt for HP+ that will give you access to the free months of Instant Ink. HP+ is completely free and is a support service for the printer, but you have to opt-in during the initial setup and cannot be done later.
