Do not buy it!
This is the worst printer I've ever owned. It's also the worst printer hp has ever made. The fax function is so poor it's not worth trying. It's slow. It can't send a fax from your computer. It is horribly slow when faxing, with many error messages and failed faxes. Most of the time it will not accept incoming faxes. I get error messages for printing on a regular basis. It is a constant struggle to use it for any function other than copying. It is not ecofriendly. You have to print every page to fax it. Total waste of paper and ink.

The Paper Jam error is problematic. No paper present, no issues with any stuck paper or paper pieces anywhere in the printer. All I get is paper jam. It is soooo frustratin. I watched several online videos and no help. This is a bad product

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Would I really see an update with this printer?
The Officejet Pro 9015e is not an update to it, but the step-up model. It has a higher yield ink cartridge, faster print speeds, a front USB port for printing and scanning to USB drives, larger tray, and can auto-duplex scan through the ADF. If you tend to 200 to 500 pages a month or scan multiple two-sided documents, you would likely notice a difference.

To print photos with an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer, you can use the HP Smart app and follow these steps:
Open the HP Smart app
Click the Print photos tile
Select the photo you want to print
On the Preview screen, you can change print settings like paper size, type, and tray
Click OK if needed, and then click Print
You can also load photo paper into the printer's input tray before printing:
Lift the output tray
Pull out the input tray
Remove any paper from the tray
Slide out the paper width guides
Insert the photo paper print-side down in the center of the tray
Slide the paper width guides back in until they rest against the paper
Push the tray back into the printer until it locks
