Replacement office jetpro
Set up was quite easy but some problems with printing files from my phone which I haven’t yet resolved. Great deal on the first year’s ink. I’m replacing an old similar all in one office jet pro that had intermittent problems but served me well for more than 10 years

Was told my driver was bad so HP sold me this new printer. Having same issue with new printer and old still works with cord neither works WiFi

Not at all what I hoped for
I was very disappointed when I saw the small size of the ink cartridges. I never would have bought that model if I knew the cartridges were that small. it got worse as I tried to set it up on my HP OMEN 17. The HP support assistant could not "see" the printer. It also will not allow me to delete the old printer an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. It was impossible to follow the included instructions to manually set up the link to the computer - they did not work. Tried calling for HP help. That didn't work. The HP tech did not know how to set it up either and tried to pawn me off on the paid for service (which I declined because I felt HP owed support on a new printer on my almost new HP OMEN 17). I finally, accidentally, happened onto the section of WIN 11 system settings that affected both network and printer. I went into those settings, set both printer and computer to the same network connection, set the new printer to be the dominant printer and finally I can print to it. I still have not been able to remove the old printer and make the new one show up in the HP Support Assistant.
HP used to be a favorite "Go To" manufacturer. Not any more. I have had to many issues with the OMEN 17 and the PfficeJet Pro 8034

HP OJ Pro 8034e printer
I have had many HP printers since the the late 80's. It is a disappointment. The materials use are flimsy and seem as if they could break easily. The paper tray is a nightmare to use. The set up using the web was the most difficult I have encountered in my 35 plus years of using HP printers.

Just short of excellent printer
The machine operates as expected. It prints, scans, copies on command. It's a bit sleeker looking and also a bit quieter than the HP it is replacing. One demerit is that the tray that catches the printed and copied paper is actually too short, so the paper does not lay flat when it comes out of the printer and it does not seem able to hold a larger print or copy job.

Good and Easy
Surprisingly, based on many of the reviews I read, the printer was very easy to set up and works perfectly. The quality of the printing is outstanding. For some reason, I tried to scan to email and the message was that it could not scan to an Apple. But I scanned to a thumb drive, downloaded the document, saved it and emailed it. Very easy. I am a little uneasy about the ink program I signed up for since I don't know how many pages I print in a month. If it doesn't work I will just cancel it.

WELL, I HAD OTHER HP PRINTERS & THEY WERE ALL GOOD SO I PURCHASED THIS ONE FOR THE NEW HOUSE I'M MOVING INTO. THEN I WILL OPEN IT UP AND USE IT IN THE BACK OFFICE. IM CONFIDENT THAT THIS PRINTER/AIO WILL PERFORM VERY WELL THANK YOU.

Unecessarilry Complicated set up.
There should be never anything necessary other that plugging in a printer in order to be able to use it. Such was the case with my Office Jet Pro 6978 which was a perfect printer, with the exception of its apparent planned obsolescence. .
You may get to the point where you will lose customers who like to keep things simple.

New HP 8034e AIO printer
The HP 8034e printer was a good addition to my office. It allows me to make clean, crisp, clear memorandum. The HP printer that I replaced it with was in the 5050 series of printing, and I was having trouble getting the machine to stay connected to my computer. I talked to a very, very, very helpful representative at HP and she suggested that I buy 8034 which is on sale now. I got a great printer and help from HP in order
to hook it up correctly.

Printer inconsistent operation
The printer is slow to response to print signal compared to HP Envy that it replaced. The printer does not remain linked to the web and often is off-line for no reason.

very difficult to setup and use
For the most part I like HP printers and products. the problem is the HP smart program is hard to keep working. I have only one computer that it works from. none of my Wi-Fi device will connect to the printers and I cannot figure out why. none of the online tools work and there is no one to talk to. if this is happening to me than others are having the same issue. also, this printer put a line down the center of any document that I scan in, and I don't know how to get rid of it. so, I must use my old printer instead.

Careful with this printer
I had an HP8600 & unfortunately this one does not compare well. The control panel is smaller ( harder to read). The ink cartridges are smaller & to get duscounts you have to pay monthly fees and there are limitations on # pages printed ( big brother type monotoring). Lastly unlike the older printers the scanner/copier wont allow you to copy anything not completely flat ( ie pages on an
Open book).

The 910 setup cartridges do come with it. If you use the HP Smart app for the setup, you will also get the option to opt-in for HP+ which gives you an extra year of warranty, HP+ Support for two years, the HP Smart Advance app, and a free year of Instant Ink all at no extra cost.
