Received a damaged printer
Thinking this was a good deal, I bought this printer. I received it fairly quickly, set it up according to instructions, and it immediately started making loud grinding noises. I Upon further inspection, the machine was broken in several places which may or may not have made the noises. Either way, it was damaged beyond use when I received it. Returning the item was fairly easy other than the hassle of having to take it to Fed Ex.

Slow as a turtle
Too many little bugs. Often have to send a request for printing something twice or more and this is the slowest printer I have ever had to work with in my entire career. I wish I never had bought it. The years worth of free ink in retrospect is not able to compensate for my frustrations. I found an old HP printer at a yard sale that works so much nicer. This is the first HP product that I have been dissatisfied with all my years in needing printers and computers.

We use less ink than most, do we still get that ink or does it just send replacement?
Thank you for your question! When using Instant Ink with HP+, ink is sent when the ink is needed. If the cartridge is low then the cartridge will be shipped out. If the cartridge is not low it will not be sent.
