Great copier but ....
Had to download a scanning program for that feature to work. HP should have this already functional in the printer since labelled "all in one".
However scan driver won't work with document feeder, and it is missing a USB port.

Great Printer
The HP Officejet Pro 8025e is an excellent choice for replacing a 15 year old HP printer.
I would recommend this printer to anyone and the ink service is an excellent.

8025e issues
Very difficult to reach a real person in product support to help with connecting printer to computer or network.
Disappointed to find that document feeder does not accommodate envelopes. Greatest complaint with HP printers is the difficulty of changing from full sheets of paper to envelopes

The person from HP who walked us through the process was fantastic..... very helpful.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e AIO
Although I appreciate the upgrade in technology since my last HP printer purchase, I found the initial printer hookup to my internet and ne HP computer more difficult and less user friendly. I hope this is something you work to improve in the future.

Lacking Quality
Quality not as good as they once were. Things stick like the paper tray. I have always bought HP products that have lasted forever, I have to say this printer is a little disappointing not very well made cheap plastic . The shipping was horrible. I was told I would have it in two days and it took them over a week to get it to me. I belong to their HP print program as well. Other HP technical support and have for almost 15 years, those two parts of HP have been great, when my printer died, I decided to purchase this one. I don’t think I would recommend it and I don’t think I would ever buy another one. It’s too much of a hassle to send it back so I’ll just use it the way it is.

Great Printer
This printer is very good quality and easy to set up. There could be some slight improvement to the tray table. Liking it a lot.

8025 All In One Printer
The 8025 is notably slower at printing than the 8710 it replaced and much more expensive. Even though there are 6 months of free of instant ink, this printer will only accept the instant ink cartridges as there was the choice on the 8710 to go either way. On a good note, the 8025 is a bit more compact height wise.

I have used this printer for several weeks now and I find it to be wonderful. There was software issue at the very beginning but a live call with support cleared all that up. I am loving its performance so far.

tray
I like the printer but not to crazy about the tray after printout. I would prefer a tray that is longer and flat. I print out a lot of files and the paperwork piles up on the lip.

A great printer at a great price!
We recently bought a new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer online. I am partial to HP Printer's, as our old HP Printer lasted nine years! I was surprised that the new printer only cost $25 more than the old one. It was relatively easy to set up and get connected to the Wi-Fi. I had one small problem, but a phone call to HP customer service took care of that very quickly. I also like the HP Instant ink program. They monitor the ink usage, and send you replacement cartridges in the mail. This makes things so much easier and efficient.

Poor HP quality control and even worse Customer support
Printer did not work out of the box. Tried to get a replacement under the 3 year care package I purchased with the printer. HP would not honor it, I spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve. The 3 year care package I purchase is supposed to give me next day replacement. I called about the problem 10 days ago and still no replacement.

while trying to install the printer, I got an error message and was directed to call 1-866-881-3445, and Mike answered and went through a series of commands where he had control of my computer and I feared he was hacking me through a program like TEAMVIEWER. I TOLD HIM TO STOP EVERYTHING and he kept trying to talk me into paying $578 to fix my problem. I HUNG UP, TURNED OFF MY COMPUTER, AND UNPLUGED EVERYTHING. TWO HOURS LATER I turned everything on and my screen was UPDIDE DOWN!! I got help from my family. I fear doing anything now. I was told to do a CLEAN INSTALL!
