Officejet 8025e pro ink gobbler
This printer uses a lot of ink cleaning print heads. I received this printer 2 months ago and already emptied first said of ink cartridges. Printed less than 15 pages. Every time I use the printer it runs a print head cleaning and apparently is using a lot of ink. This is not a good printer for occasional printing. And Replacement cartridges are very coarsely.

not a great experience so far
the paper tray is very poor quality. It does not slide in and out easily and I fear it will break w/ the use we give the copier (just home use)
Also, I have been unable to reach HP and confirm our automatic, 6 months free, printer ink delivery.

Paper tray cover is frustrating to open and close.
I like everything about this copier except the paper cover which is poorly designed and is so frustrating when I want to copy on both sides of a sheet to save storage space and paper. I print my stock report every day and want to print 2 reports on one sheet of paper. The cover is a problem to remove and insert a page that was printed on one side the day before and replace the cover. It is very frustrating.

How does the 8025 differ from the 8034?

The HP Officejet Pro 8034e printer comes with 12 months of HP Instant Ink and it has a front USB port that allows you to scan to a USB flash drive and print photos from a USB flash drive. The HP Officejet Pro 8025e printer comes with 6 months of HP Instant Ink and it doesn't have a front USB port.

Hello. Thanks for your question. You place your originals printed side up in the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) on top of this HP Officejet Pro 8025e printer. You would go to the control panel and choose copy. Next, you would choose Document. Choose Print in color or black and white. Be sure to adjust the number of copies you want. Then select Copy.

To get the free months of Instant Ink, if you have to opt-in for HP+ during the setup using the HP Smart app. HP+ is completely free and gives you an extra year of warranty, HP+ Support for two years, and the HP Smart Advance app with the free months of Instant Ink being an added bonus. It does come with a full set of setup cartridges that are Instant Ink ready, but can and need to be used even if you do not sign up for Instant Ink.
