Great product at a great price
Great refurbished printer. I have several others that we bought new and was impressed with their durability and ease of maintaining and use. So when I needed another I decided to try refurbished. I would definitely recommend this product from this seller ina terms of price and quality.

Setting up the printer to scan requires install of HP software that is NOT plug and play easy. More trouble than it is worth when spending this kind of money.

Work Great
Works great. I replay a HP inkjet printer that was very disappointing failed after two year and with HP ink program it made things worse due to software glitches what happened.
This laser jet has been working very well so far had about 7 months we have used heavily. So far so good.

Decent Printer, but Fails to be Consumer or Environmentally Friendly
This printer works fine for a small office environment. I absolutely despise that it uses a different toner cartridge than the outgoing model (M426) and the model that replaces the M428 will surely use yet another cartridge.
It's a shady business tactic that HP has been enjoying for years.

Very good print quality but awkward design
Print quality is very good and fast however, the location of the digital pad makes it awkward to make selections for right handed people and a very small space to get your hand in to retreive the copies.
