Good while connected
This printer is good. Ive only had it for a short time, but it prints well. When i can get connected to it, it is nice as i can print from anywhere in my house to two hours away in another town. Then sometimes I cant connect to it. I'm sure it is something I'm not doing right, but it usually happens after a storm when the power goes out. It's like I have to go through a set up again and I forget how. The instructions are not clear. I'm currently experiencing this again.

Nice MFP for the price
Decent basic MFP for the price. No frills, just works. Lacks a bypass tray; you have to take out the paper and put envelopes in rather than putting them in a bypass slot. No fax and good; haven't had to send a fax in a decade. Prints fast. Scans fast but only single sided (app handles double-sided scanning.)

The rubber disc that pulls paper from the top to be scanned is cracked and broken. Can this item be replaced? Is it available from you? Because this is broken the scanner is useless.

Is the HP LASERJET MFP M234SDW(E) series being discontinued? Some retail sites mention these are discontinued. If so, how long do you continue to produce the laser cartridges? Cartridges 134A/X
There is a M234sdw is still available and being manufactured along with other units that use the 134. The 134 toners are also part of the HP Instant Ink program for toner cartridges. Even after all the units that use are eventually discontinued, it will be years after that the production of the cartridges are stopped.

Does the printer allow simultaneous printing from wifi and direct printing?
You cannot have it connected to both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct at the same time. If you do send multiple tasks from different devices, it will give you a printer queue, or inform you that it is busy depending on how many tasks it is given.
