Great laptop. Was hesitant cause of the lower price but man what upgrade from my old HP laptop. Very well built. Nice and thin unlike my old laptop. I almost bought another for my kids but they decided just to take my old one. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

The computer arrived and less than 30 days after purchase several of the keys are faded and barely visible. I am in the process of a return and that was difficult at best. I paid for expedited shipping when I purchased, and to return, HP required I purchase another computer and wait for my refund on this one until they receive. Customer service was frustrating and took hours with me just being out more money and currently have NO laptop. I purchased the replacement as required and they "overnight" shipped it to me, five days later still no laptop and tracking states "will update delivery when available".

Things I like and don't like
For the price I am happy with the laptop. Things I'm not crazy about. It gets quite hot on your lap when you hold it that way. I have to pitch the edge near me up to allow air to flow under it. It does not have a battery that can be replaced without opening the case.

Laptop fine except way too many processes to go through to open laptop. Example - had to totally remove Windows 11 and then install an update. Way too much to do with a new laptop.
