Rated 1 out of 5 by xxxt from What a waste I think it is ridiculous that I bought a printer with tiny ink cartridges and an eCard that makes you subscribe to instant ink. They shipped me replacement ink within 2 days of installing the printer. I had only used the printer to print the test and alignment sheets at that point. Here almost 2 months later I have gotten no more ink and I haven't even replaced the original cartridges that came with the printer. So I got tiny cartridges in the package with the printer, they made me sign up for free ink (about 30 min of redundant online forms) They immediately shipped me new ink and now I have to go in and unsubscribe from the online ink monitoring when my free trial is up. Inefficient to the extreme, terrible experience, extra waste, and extra work for what should be a simple and easy printer swap out.
