The buying process was easy, technical information was presented well, the sale prices were good, and delivery dates were met. Set up was pretty easy, just followed the instructions. I am new to Windows 11, so I was a bit nervous about transferring my Windows 10 information to it. It synched with all my other devices via cloud storage. I installed several programs into it, via the web and using a separate DVD drive, was able to accomplish it with no problems. Overall, so far, happy with the purchase. A solid, quality made, 2 in 1 Laptop PC.

    Hello. Thanks for your question. Yes, the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16t-ac000 supports multitasking. You can connect a second monitor to the laptop using its HDMI or USB-C port, and then extend the display. This allows you to watch a lecture on the external monitor while taking notes on the laptop in tablet mode.

    My HP laptop has died again.  It started with a blue screen that said, "Boot Device Not Found."  Since then, my laptop has died twice.  The first time it died we sent it back for repairs.  You repaired it and then sent it back.  I want customer support.
