Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good Laptop, terrible printer. The lap top has worked well. A few flitches but I'm up the learning curve now. I also purchased an Envy 6055e printer. This has been a pain since the beginning. I could not get it to connect wirelessly to my laptop. When I connected with the HP help desk they passed me off to a 3d party contract firm without telling me they were going to do that. That company said that I had many infections on my lap top (I didn't). It was a horrible experience. Also, sometimes now when I send a file to print, nothing happens for up to 10 minutes. I was so unhappy with the printer that I asked if I could return it for a credit on a better printer (they wouldn't).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Versatile. Reliable. Beautiful I’ve owned several laptops over the years, but none have truly impressed me the way the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 has. From the moment I powered it on, I knew this device was something special. What I love most is its versatility. Whether I’m working, streaming, drawing, or video calling, the Envy adapts seamlessly. The ability to switch from laptop to tablet mode with ease is not just convenient—it completely transforms how I interact with my tech throughout the day. The performance is smooth and responsive, even with multiple programs running at once. I’ve experienced no lag or slowdowns, which has made multitasking not only possible but enjoyable. The touchscreen display is vibrant and crystal clear, and the colors are sharp whether I’m editing media or watching a movie. The build quality also stands out—it feels premium, solid, and thoughtfully designed. Battery life is excellent, lasting me through most of the day on a single charge, and the keyboard is comfortable and backlit, perfect for late-night productivity. Simply put, the HP Envy x360 has exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a laptop—it’s a creative partner, a workhorse, and a beautiful piece of technology that fits perfectly into my daily life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a powerful, flexible, and stylish 2-in-1.

Rated 2 out of 5 by John AH from CUSTOMER SERVICE- ahhh NO! I received the exact HP Envey 360, 2 in one Laptop I wanted. The laptop has a hard drive issue. HP Technicians worked remotely in the machine for hours over a few days. They could not resolve the issue. I asked HP for an exchange of the product. HP never shipped the promised - in writing - exchange laptop. After an additional 9 days. I cancelled my order and I will ship the defective laptop back to HP. I went to a store and purchased a new computer, took the defective computer with me to move data to the new computer. When the technician turned on the HP Envy 360, without prompting, he stated, “Sir, the Hard Drive on the laptop is corrupted…” Also when I initially move my data from my old other brand laptop to the defective HP every folder successfully transferred albeit without the content. BTW, I purchased an extended Warranty. The walk back on that is a story in and of itself. HP is a good product. I simply received a defective machine. I may purchase another HP product but not from the HP Store… This fiasco could have been avoided if only HP’s Customer Service would have assigned this one of case to one person in “Resolutions “ and that person had the authority to make a decision and carry out service and work the exchange. I would have been happy to accept the exchange and had that worked out, I would still be an HP Customer. You can bet I will think hard about how I move forward to replace 8 other machines. Please look up the definition of Customer Service. You need to review your procedures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy from HP! from My new HP Envy x360 156 2in1 Laptop is junk This HP Envy x360 156 2in1 Laptop is by far the WORST HP laptop I have ever bought. The HP service is TERRIBLE, too. The only way to shut down this new laptop is to hold down the Power On button for 10-15 seconds, until it is forced to shut down. I complained within the first 30 days that I first used this new laptop, and I told HP I wanted to return this junk laptop and get a refund. HP refused, even though I was well within the first 30 days of first use. Also, the sound on this new laptop is very muffled and it is hard to understand. I called HP Tech Support 2 times about this problem, when I was within the first 30 days, but both HP Tech persons told me that they did not know how to fix this problem, but they told me that I would have to pay at least $51.99 to talk to HP Smart Friend to try to fix this problem. 2 SHP SUpervisors approved of this approach. I declined.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kevjh89 from Affordable flexible and dependable laptop! I have greatly enjoyed this laptop. From building it on HP's website to setting it up to using it, it is a great investment (especially if on sale). The form factor is great, keyboard comfortable to use, and it is easy to switch between laptop and tablet modes. I've also had no issues whatsoever with performance. All around great laptop.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hugh_nyc from Battle life stink The laptop performance is great but the battery life isn’t great at all. In a best day I get 2.5 hours of usages on a single charge, on other days I got about an hour on the battery life

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris A. 2 from Warning! Do not purchase early as a gift!! For all the frugal shoppers out there, DO NOT purchase an HP product of any kind, especially around the holiday season. I purchased a laptop for my daughter for here to use in college. She picked it out not knowing the screen size she might prefer. A few days after Christmas, she decided she'd like a 14" rather than a 15.6". I reached out to HP to EXCHANGE it for a laptop that was going to cost me MORE money and HP turned me away. I couldn't return it and couldn't exchange it, even if they were going to make more $. Why? Because they have a strict 30 day exchange/return policy. Want to know how strict it is?? I was 1 DAY past the 30 days. My daughter is now stuck with a laptop she doesn't want. Thank you, HP for ruining what was supposed to be a great Christmas gift. I will never purchase another HP product again.
