THE FIRST HP PRINTER I OWNED MORE THAN 12 YEARS AGO GAVE A BETTER QUALITY ON COPING PHOTOGRAPHS THAN DOES THIS 7975!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

When i called back I told support that I was hung up on and asked to speak with management. I was told management didn't want to speak with me. I should just return the laptop and printer.

I know this new printer will do everything and more that the older one has done for me for years. I plan to bring it online in the next 2 weeks. My order process was exceptional and the delivery time was very impressive. Thank you for great Customer Service! It is very hard to find these days.
