Horrible issues with bitlocker
Horrible device. After I used PC Mover to move files and apps to new device as recommended by the customer representative, I am unable to log on b/c of bitlocker recovery key. HP makes it extremely difficult to retrieve recovery key as Microsoft recovery website is linked to work email address, and I ordered my device on my personal account. Technical support has a lot of difficulty assisting with retrieving it. I am stuck with a brand new computer which I cannot even access. Now I am told that technical support cannot help me find the recoverykey, and they must transfer me to another technical department that will charge a fee to help me obtain the recovery key. I will purchase a different brand than HP in the future.

Close to Perfect!
I love this computer, fast and beautiful display. I love that my phone connects to it and all my correspondence pops up on my screen. So text verification codes, right on my screen LOVE THAT! Emails, messages and everything else you get on your phone. I'd love to say perfect all-in-one, but the issue I have is no 10 key or mouse. I know it is touch screen and I have a mouse pad, but I am a bookkeeper and I use both 90 percent of the time. I had to bring in my old keyboard as it is comfortable for me to work efficiently. Overall great computer, love the bigger screen and the move factor, the little feet that kick out automatically and that screen leans back. It is a beautiful HP!

Don't buy HP products if you care about your mental health
The HP computer was nonfunctional. I went to the website, tried, but couldn't start a return via website. Got a pop-up saying try again later. After three attempts, I called HP. Six times. All I needed was to return the totally non-functional computer. No one was willing or able to help me get a return label. They kept bouncing me from tech support to customer service and back again. Unbelievable. Finally went to my credit card company and opened a dispute. A month later I got an email from FEDEX. With a shipping label to return the defective product. NOT ONE WORD FROM HP. NOT A SINGLE EMAIL saying something like, gee, we're sorry you had this experience. We stand behind our products. Nope. But they are sending me email after email asking me to rate my experience, though. So, that's what I'm doing. My recommendation: don't buy HP products. They are not good and their "support" is nonexistent.

Not Buying HP Again
If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. This is the second desktop I've received from HP, and it's not connecting to the internet. After spending an hour on the line with tech support, it still does not connect to the internet, no solution given and I'm ready to return the computer again, for the second time. I've had no luck with the HP computer. I'll be buying a different brand now.

Perfect for the Office!
Our entire office was using laptops for work, until the Office Admins was going bad, and we got this computer for her. We are a construction company, and we use design software's, so having the touch screen and being able to move the screen to meetings is wonderful. It is also the perfect size to have multiple tabs/application up at one time. (That was a requirement of hers). We know when the other laptops start to go bad, we will be getting more of these!

Sleek & Functional Computer
What a nice-looking, functional computer. I like the off-white color, the tilting screen, the handy handle to move it about, the retractable legs when it is being carried, the pouch on the back to store the keyboard, the large screen size - very pleased with this item!

Very Good Computer
computer is awesome. works great. processor is fast. keyboard not so good. keyboard feels cheapy and the pad surface of the keyboard is not responsive. sometimes you have to click like 3 times to get it to work. but the quality and functionality of the computer is awesome. I wish they had like a 19 inch in this computer

Great Product!
Terrific product. I’m never as productive on a laptop as I am with a large screen, and this product fills the gap perfectly. The battery life is long enough for most situations and I’ve also started to use this to work outdoors for a full time and I just keep it plugged in. It’s just terrific.

It's a Lifestyle Change
It's definitely a lifestyle change, and I am still feeling the HP Envy out, but overall, I do like it. Even though it is advertised as having the ability to be portable, I wish it came with a carrying case.

USB ports
Needs to have USB A port as well as USB C port. You old items and do not want to spend lots of money upgrading every time.

I love it and it's portability
I really love the HP envy Move 23.8 All in one. I bought it for my Business office but I keep using it at home. It's a large monitor with touch screen and very portable. I have it on the kitchen table and love how easy it is to use. So glad I purchased it.

Fantastic huge laptop replacement
I use this computer for work (from home) all day and then for watching Netflix at night. It's the perfect solution to replace my laptop with a MUCH LARGER screen. The battery power is enough so that I can put it on the coffee table at night without the need for a power cord and watch movies. The speakers are also better than expected. I just wish the screen wasn't glossy as it tends to reflect the sun, but that's a minor annoyance. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for.

Loved with issues.
Love the size, portability, and of course it works perfectly. However, I wish the screen was matte instead of glossy. Also, I replaced the keyboard because the touch pad instead of a keypad was a no go for me, however the new keyboard fits in pouch as well. I also worry about the screen, but have not found an acceptable screen cover, protector, etc.

Major Headache
Audio didn't work. Spent several hours with "technical help" who couldn't solve the problem and told me I had to purchase a system recovery thumb drive at over $40, which the technicians couldn't make work due to the system having one (and ONLY one) USB drive; the keyboard couldn't be used to enter data while the system thumb drive was in the USB port. The cure? Send the computer back to be repaired. And "No" you can't ask for your money back. I am extremely unhappy with the product and the service.

HP Envy Move 23.8 All in One PC
I am really enjoying the HP Envy move. I like the fact that I can move about freely and take it with me to various locations in my home without the need of plugging in to an electrical outlet. It's fast, sleek and something different than the run of the mill all in one desktop PC's. Set up was a breeze, the screen is bright and colorful and the system is very responsive. I upgraded my build to 16 gigs of ram, 1TB drive, better processor and 6E wi-fi card. I am not a gamer so I can not attest to its ability to play on-line games but I don't think a gamer would purchase this system as it is not designed for gaming. You might want to purchase a port expander since there are only a few. I went with the Anchor 7 port USB 3.0 data hub and it works fine. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a portable desktop PC.

A Unique and fun mix of Laptop and Desktop
I have been using the HP Envy Move 23.8 All-in-One for a few weeks now and I am very impressed with its performance, design, and features. It is a sleek and elegant device that can easily fit in any space and move around with its built-in battery and wireless keyboard and mouse, throughout the house. The 24-inch touchscreen display is stunning, with vivid colors and sharp details. The speakers are also amazing, delivering rich and clear sound. The device is very fast and responsive, thanks to its 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of SSD storage. The webcam and microphone are also great, making video calls and online meetings a breeze. It's a unique mix of laptop and desktop to produce an All-In-One that puts the fun in superbly functional. Overall, I am very happy with the HP Envy Move 23.8 All-in-One and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and versatile device that can adapt to their needs and preferences

Great all-in-one PC
I've only had this for about a week, but so far it's been great. I was basically looking for the PC version of the iMac, and this is probably the closest. Screen resolution is great (far better than most), the hardware design is elegant, and the portability (attached handle, auto-retracting feet, built-in battery) are an excellent bonus. The PC operates well for remote work. The only criticism I have is the keyboard with built-in trackpad, which looks cool and is portable (fitting into a pocket on the back of the PC), but it's not great for productivity or remote work. I ended up buying a separate compact keyboard and scroll mouse (both in white). 10/10 would recommend as an AIO PC, with a great screen and clever portability that works (can move the PC easily from room to room while it's on).

Mixed Bag
I haven't found the instructions as how to get adjusted to it. Using the touch screen feature instead of the mouse feels awkward, and I imported a game to it which doesn't really work. The internet start-up screen includes news from sources I don't trust. But unlike my last computer, I can do word processing and use a DVD drive, and it's not falling apart. Right now there are issues I might find resolutions to, but I'm not sure how.
