Great Computer Very Poor Customer Service both online and in-person.
The computer itself is a great computer. The experience of buying it was lousy! I have several accounts over several HP domains. I have been attempting to consolidate them or get rid of old one and all of the automated logins that go with them. It takes forever to get to a sales rep,if you get to one at all, that understands your needs and can pair you with a computer that does what you want it to do. I spent four hours yesterday on hold waiting to register my new computer since it can not be found in the system. I finally got disgusted and hung up, so my computer is not registered. Not playing around with an AI prompt system to get to an actual English speaking and understanding rep would be a better option.

- I ordered a spare power cord when I ordered the elitebook, the cord that came didn't work for this device. I gave it away.
- Every now and then the ports on the side of the elitebook quit working (the remote mouse or charging things) then comes back a couple days later. Not sure about that yet?

Love my EliteBook 860
Love the EliteBook 860, especially the touch screen (which helps me move quickly through large documents) and the large display. Given that they eliminated the mouse button in the middle of the keyboard, I use a external Logitech ergonomic mouse, which, along with the touchscreen option, makes navigating seamless. The computer is super fast and integrates great with my HP enterprise and local printers. Highly recommend it.

It’s ok. Not bad. Not great. Disappointed in many of the performance aspects while using browsers. Other computers on the same sites are much faster. It’s def the processor.
