Terrible Customer support and horrible laptop
My HP Elite 360 that I bought in the end of 2024 stopped working in June 2025. HP attempted to repair it by changing the motherboard and it would not turn on. They then said they would replace the motherboard again but it was not in stock it would take a few weeks. It is now September 30 and I am not even getting updates. I’ve been without the computer since June. Shame on you HP. You should have just replaced it. I will never buy an HP laptop again.

Is there any option to get the regular keyboard without the AI key in right side? Regular keyboards have the right CTRL key. With out this key work use is not possible.
Hello. Thanks for your question. There is not an option to customize this HP Elite x360 830 13 inch G11 2-in-1 Notebook PC Wolf Pro Security Edition. There is a CTRL key on the left side of the keyboard. You can use an external USB keyboard with this laptop.

I cannot find any option to turn on the backlit keys on keyboard, not do I see Fn buttons with such icon, how can I check if the keyboard has backlit option?
