Great monitor with multiple adjustments
I am using this monitor for my home office. I already had a 27" and now I have two, really giving me a lot of screen to work with. This HP E27 is much better than my other monitor in a number of different categories. First off, the resolution is better and the "Eye Ease" technology makes it easier to look at for longer periods of time. It's got anti-glare feature also that helps with sunlight. I also love all the adjustments you can make to find the perfect angle and height. It's also got all the types of ports in the back, so your able to use whatever cable you prefer.

This HP E27 G4 FHD Monitor is a great value for the price. The image is sharp and clear and the monitor can easily rotate left and right, vertical / 180, and up and down on the stand. The matte finish on the screen is great for glare protetion too.

I am very satisfied with the look and performance of this HP E27 G4 FHD Monitor. It came nicely packaged, and each component was individually secured. It was literally a ‘snap’ to put together. The monitor came with three different cords to connect: HDMI, usb or display port. It was a breeze setup on my new Windows laptop. You can easily adjust the height, swivel and angle of screen all the way to 90 degree portrait position. At 27 inches with full HD picture quality that produces crisp colors, bright whites and smooth black/dark shades, it is ideal for work-at-home use as well as entertainment purposes. I would highly recommend!

Good monitor for 1080p
I got this monitor as my secondary monitor to display my calendar, to-do list, and really long spreadsheets. It is a really great IPS 1080p monitor. I wouldn't use it as my primary monitor as I prefer displays with higher DPI as my main viewer (think 4k). I also wouldn't use it as a gaming monitor as it isn't 4k and doesn't have a high refresh rate. But, it is a great workhorse, has good color, a nice wide viewing angle, and most importantly can be rotated 90 degrees to be a vertical monitor (see photos)! Overall it's a good work monitor.

The HP E27 G4 FHD monitor is a nice, beautiful and elegant monitor. The monitor design with sharp contours and very slim side bezels enable it to fit into any setting - standalone or in a multi-monitor setting - in addition to making the monitor attractive. The unit is not heavy which enables multiple options and settings for its usage.
The hardware setup itself is well design and easy to execute. Slide and snap the stand into the back of the monitor. Next, insert two built-in screws into matching slot holes on the base stand and tighten two other screws. Plug in power and cables to connect your inputs and the monitor is ready for use. Less than one minute and no tools needed! HP provided software can be downloaded to configure the monitor but that is optional. You need to search for the software on the HP site if you do not want to use the version made available via Microsoft. Look for it in the support area of the HP website.
The device provides solid position flexibility - tilt, swivel, height and potrait/landscape orientation plus a base that can be rotated. Again, well designed to help the monitor fit into your specific situation and need.
Two items that appealed to me were what HP refers to as 'Responsibly made' - energy efficiency and recyclable packaging. Thanks, HP, for paying attention to the environment.
Now for the actual usage - the monitor works great with clear sharp presentation. Sharp images, adjustable brightness, clear text display, multiple resolution options, works with Windows and Apple computers. Based on my experience, this well designed monitor with plenty of options should address needs for most business and personal needs.
The three-year warranty provides peace of mind should something not go according to plan, not that we expect anything. We are pleased with the device and expect to use it without probems for many years.

This screen is very simple to set up. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to figure out, even for us technologically challenged. The display is so crisp, it has great picture and color quality. I replaced my old screen in my home office with this, and it is a definite upgrade!

Fantastic monitor
I have been using this monitor for a few days and so far have been very impressed. I am personally using it for business purposes. I am a graphic designer and front-end developer. I have loved having the huge screen for my work, and the graphics are fantastic. I have had issues with past monitors when working on design, because my other monitors would update too slowly and the designs looked different on the monitor compared to my MacBook pro. This monitor does not have any of those issues. The monitor also looks great, it is easy to use, it can switch between portrait and landscape, and it has a very solid and sturdy base.

Great Display, Beautiful Picture
The size of this monitor was what first grabbed my attention, and I cannot tell you how much this has improved my productivity. I work with spreadsheets all day, the additional columns I can see without shrinking everything down has made all the difference in the time I spend updating the larger ones. The picture is great, very bright with vivid colors. This support all the modern inputs and is truly plug and play. You can adjust the picture manually if you prefer, but it looked great out of the box. The base has a good weight to it, providing a solid foundation and giving it a really high end look. Great monitor, I always get monitors from HP and they deliver a great product every time.

Easy to set up
This 27 inches monitor is so easy to set up. It has USB ports in the back to plug in my mouse and keyboard. This makes my desk cleaner with less clutter. The monitor is big enough to be able to split the screens. The color and contrast are crisp and sharp. Makes looking at the screen all day more enjoyable.

Great Colors.
I never thought I'd get an LED monitor with such beautiful colors so cheap. Not to mention as a IT professional it's built in blue light filter makes it so my eyes don't hurt by the end of the day. Easy setup and multi directional stand also made it easy to get perfect position.

This display is heavy, very well made - materials feel premium across the board and I’m confident this monitor will last a decade! Very sleek, modern look. I appreciate the Eye Ease feature to reduce eye strain on long usage.
This isn’t necessarily meant to be a gaming monitor, so it’s not going to have the refresh rates and pixel density you might find there (HP has plenty of options for that!) but it’s a great choice for home office or business use.
Ample ports support standard VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort connectivity as well as USB.
Everything you’d want out of a 27” monitor for home or work!

A Terrific Monitor!
As a longtime HP customer, I was especially delighted to receive my latest HP monitor (HP E27 G4). It replaces an HP Pavilion monitor I have had for the past eight years. My new monitor is terrific! What a treat for my eyes! No missing pixels. Images are sharp and clear. You can easily adjust the monitor's position by turning it from side to side on its revolving base, or by raising it up or down on its shaft, or by turning it from landscape to portrait view to fit your preference. The handsome metal base supporting the monitor is hefty and sturdy. The monitor is plug-and-play. You just plug in the connecting cords, turn it on, and the display lights up with perfect brightness and natural color. Note that when you first turn on the monitor, it may take a few seconds to warm up before the power light comes on and the screen lights up. The mat finish of the screen and thin bezels add to the beauty of this monitor. Hidden buttons on the bottom of the monitor are available to make any minor display adjustments you may desire. I didn't find it necessary to make any adjustments. Although this monitor may be used for some gaming, its optimum resolution make it best suited for everyday personal and business use and entertainment.
As expected from HP, this monitor offers robust design, connection flexibility, and superb quality. I love it!

Touch screen doesn't seem to work for a stylus.
Pen doesn't work on the screen, only touch for fingers... At least my HP PC Stylus doesn't work. Going to try one of those generic, universal ones with a rubber tip for tablets... That may work and then I'd bump it up from 3 stars to 4... 5 stars would be any HP PC Stylus should work.

When docking my HP 850 G8 to the E27m G4 using USB-C cable the resolution on the 1st monitor (e27m) is 2560x1440 but the max resolution on the 2nd monitor (HP 24" 1080p) only goes to 1200x800. Tried firmware update and replacing cables without any change.
I have the same monitors and had to go into the OSD to change the USB hub speed to USB 2.0. Then I can have the second monitor at QHD resolution too. It's too much data for USB 3 and 2x QHD.

Hi, we bought 12 of these monitors and only having trouble with these. We cant get it work with max resolution on 2 screens. E27m + E27q We also have HP E27d G4 here --> they do the job without problems. I would not recommend this product to anyone!
Just replied to someone else because I have the same set up. You have to drop the USB Hub speed to USB 2.0. It's kind of buried in the OSD. I think on other monitors it automatically downgrades the usb speed for resolution, but not these.
