Great buy- Great and responsive touch monitor
The monitor works as indicated. The only thing that was not mentioned was to use with my computer I had to use both HDMI and Video cables. Once I used them, the monitor worked perfectly. The touch is responsive.

Solid Business Display With A Great Stand
Solid monitor (literally.. I mean it's kind of heavy for a 24", lol) but snapping the monitor into the stand head is a little difficult and awkward. Price is also a tad high for a Full HD (FHD, a.k.a. 1080P) IPS 8-bit non-HDR monitor in 2024 -- just realize a chunk of that extra cost goes into the stand that allows for every kind of tilt, rotation, vertical up/down, even rotating into portrait mode for those processing a lot of documents, etc. There's also two USB 3.0 Type A ports in the back and comes with all every sort of cable: power, VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB 3.0 Type A (plug into PC or dock) to Type B (plug into monitor to bring those two USB Type A ports alive).
Lastly, know that there are several variations of the E24 G5, such as ones that are 1920x1200 (E24i), have USB-C (E24u), are touchscreens (E24t), are QHD (2560x1440) (E24q), and more. Some of these variations are available in other sizes, e.g. the E22 models that are 22", though the E24 line has the most variations. The Z models are the top-end ones and Pro sits below Elite.

How do I turn off the blue light filter? The menu settings are exactly the same for all 3 new monitors I bought, but two of them are brighter and one is very dull. I suspect the dull one has blue light filter on. How do I turn it off. Else I will return.

I connected the camera to my laptop’s docking station as “extended screen”. However the Cannes is not functional. What special setup do I need for the monitor camera to be operational!

Hi, I purchased 2 of these monitors (HP E24d G4). I have one connected to my laptop (Macbook M1 chip) and the second monitor daisy chained to the first. The second monitor is only mirroring and does not show up in my display settings to change this.
It is recommended to contact Apple to see if your MacBook is compatible with dual extended displays. Not all Apple MacBooks are compatible with dual extended displays.

Position the monitor facedown on a flat surface covered by a protective sheet made of foam or a clean, dry cloth.
Push up the latch or screw near the bottom center of the stand where it attaches to the monitor.
Remove the stand.

Is there a way to connect an Apple TV to this monitor along with a speaker to watch/listen to TV?
You could use a USB speaker with it, but it does not have an auxiliary port to use for sound. The other option would be a soundbar that has HDMI input and output to connect the Apple TV to the input and then the output to the monitor. Depending on the Apple TV device, it may have auxiliary output for sound as well that you could connect to aux speakers for sound and the using the HDMI portion connected directly to the monitor. This monitor is designed mainly for computers, so you may not have certain functions that would apply with connecting the Apple TV to a TV. If you are curious about features for the Apple TV and possible feature loss by using a monitor with it, you will want to contact Apple.
