Prints well
I like the printing and copy quality, but I’m not impressed with the very small amount of paper it holds and that if I’m sending prints from my phone and not standing near it to put the paper catcher out, all the papers hit the floor.

Print is beautiful when you can get it to print. Loses wireless connection so must use USB cord for most jobs. Having trouble printing Excel & Word documents from zip drive. Paper jams are a nightmare to clear. Bought this due to being an HP but will reconsider others in the future.

This All-in-One has it "ALL" I had lost scanning capabilities on my older all-in-one and purchased this new one that exceeds old one. Even a document feeder for larger tasks.

HP LITTLE TRICKY INSTILLATION
I USE A TECH SUPPORT FOR ALL OF MY COMPUTING AND PRINTERS. THEY HAD A HARD TIME INSTALLING IT. IT TOOK 2 ATTEMPTS! THE FIRST PERSON WAS TRIED AND COULDN'T SO I WAS TOLD TO GET A USB CABLE AND GO FROM THERE..I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THAT! THE CABLE CAME AND I CALLED TO HAVE ANOTHER ATTEMPT AND DURING INSTALLATION, BOTH COMPUTERS WERE BUMPED OF OF THE INTERNET! MY COMPUTERS ARE ALSO NEW! AFTER REINSTALLING THE INTERNET, THE INSTALLATION INSTALLED THE PRINTER SIMILTANIOUSLY, WHICH WAS GREAT! NOW EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THE USB CABLE!

Frustrated
Bought this because my old HP quit printing black ink. HP gave me coupon to reduce cost of new printer which was awesome. But a month later I still have trouble printing. Shows offline constantly and none of the troubleshooting tips are helping. Probably the last HP printer I will buy.

Prints great... if you can get it to print
I have had this for about 2 months now and while it prints great quality, scans great and copies great... it is very temperamental. I can barely ever get it to actually print without unplugging the machine and basically restarting it every time I want to print something or completely uninstalling off my main computer and reinstalling multiple times. Not sure why it is so difficult , I have tried all troubleshooting offered but nothing changes. Don’t waste your time or money on this printer. I have spent more time fighting this device than actually getting something to successfully print off of it.

Don’t buy
This printer says 4155 desk jet plus but it registers on your phone as 4100 desk jet plus. Every time I have to print I have to unplug the printer and plug it back in. For some reason it won’t connect to my devices unless I do that . This printer also doesn’t let you print on both sides. I would not recommend this! Not worth your money.

I bought this printer about 2months ago. I'm not tech savvy but hp app walked me right through wireless set up and operating instructions. I also love ink program that senses when ink is low and sends me another cartridge for very reasonable price. Good purchase. Not a lot of upkeep.

Not what I expected
I called to talk to a tech about my Office Jet 6830, and the rep talked me into buying the new 4155 printer; said it would do everything the other did and that the 6830 was old and out of date (7 yrs old). i bought the new one only to find out it would not print automatically on both sides. That is an important feature to me so I had to send it back. Now I'm back to using the old one until it quits. I suppose the 4155 is a good printer, as I'm sold on HP products but this one was not what I expected or needed.
