Low Rating Due to Lack of Instructions/Performance
This printer has no instructions other than to go to the hp site. On the HP site there is no step by step instructions on how to successfully connect this to any devices and no viable troubleshooting techniques. The HP App on the phone and the downloaded/installed HP files did not help either. After 4 days I THOUGHT I had it figured out - I was able to print 1 page out of a 10 page document. After that 1 page was printed, I received an error that said printer not found. Beyond frustrating. If I could return this printer without it costing me, I would. Worst money spent on a device. Completely useless.

Nice printer
This is a nice printer. Had issues with comic sting with my Mac but not sure if it is the printer,my computer, or my WiFi. Would like to turn it off when not in use but for some reason it doesn’t turn off every time.

Not a good printer
I bought this to replace a printer I had that went bad. I had already thrown the old printer away.....Set this hp 4155 up and at first it was fine. I could print from my phone with no problem. The second time i tried to use it, it wouldn't connect to my wifi, wouldn't print anything and when i tried to copy something it would come out only on 1/4 of the page...I hate this printer....

GREAT PRINTER !!!
I am very happy with this printer. With the HP Smart I am able to scan into my computer plus it prints pretty good. After chatting with the very helpful HP agents I was able to do everything I needed on the printer. I am still getting use to loading the paper at the back instead of the front which I did with my Envy printer. It is not terribly noisy and prints fast enough for me. All in all, a great printer.

exceptional customer service
Originally called for problem with original HP copier. Agent was very helpful, realized old Old printer was 'done' so purchased new one. Since I had just bought new printer ink thinking that was the problem agent had complimentary additional ink included with purchase. Agent who helped with old printer problem and sold me new one and agent who helped me set it up new one were very patient with easy to follow instructions.

I bought this printer a couple of weeks ago and I am happy that I did. I have always trusted HP products and I haven't been disappointed. This printer has all the features you could want and is very easy to set up and use. I also enjoy the Instant Ink program that HP offers with most of their printers.

I moved my printer and since I've reconnected I can't get it to print. The paper comes out but it is blank.
