Bought my HP DESK JET PLUS 4155 April 19. Easy set up for a tech-challenged person like me. I was pleasantly surprised when set-up automatically included scanning. Had an all-in-one I was never able to install scanning even after a long phone conversation with "Customer Support" who wanted access to my computer to do it. Also happy with the ink supply plan monitored by HP. Buying ink at a store is always an aggravation to me so that's a really nice option. Anticipating a long and happy relationship with HP. Thanks for making my life easier.

Having some trouble
I bought this printer a few weeks ago and I still can add it to my phone. I ordered a laptop as but haven't received it yet, so I hope connecting the printer to the laptop is as easier. I haven't used the printer as of yet but I certainly hope it works well!

Finally a simple all in one printer that actually does what it’s designed too do without any difficulty.
Theirs no disk to setup just go to website indicated Bam!!!
The Greatest feature is theirs a APP that’s connected “WiFi” & it actually works well.
You can print anything from computer or phone anywhere.
Another great feature FAX - SIMPLE you can scan or keep it simple take a photo of forms fill out fax for & send wait than receive a confirmation of sent & received sheet.

Not user friendly
I bought this printer as a replacement for a previous HP printer. The down side is that the machine is programmed, from the website, to shut down after two hours. There is no way to change this. Resulting in my having to completely shut down the printer by un plugging the power cord. I specifically checked to make sure this printer supported two sided copy and found it only does if you manipulate the paper.

I bought this as an "all-in-one" printer, thinking that this included fax capabilities. It does not. And because it did not meet our needs, and because telephone support was seriously lacking, it was packed up and returned the same day.

I PURCHASED THIS COMPUTER PRINTER BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD WORK GREAT FOR ME. HOWEVER, I CAN'T GET TO IT WORK BECAUSE IT DID NOT COME WITH A SOFTWARE DISK. IT ONLY COMES WITH DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD IT. I HAVE DONE THAT AND IT STILL WONT HOOK UP TO MY WIRELESS NETWORK. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL I GET IS IT CIRCLING BACK TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE. IT IS ON THE COMPUTER HARD DRIVE ALREADY. IT ALSO SHOWS THAT IT IS AVAILABLE TO MY NETWORK BUT WILL NOT CONNECT. I HAVE 2 OTHER COMPUTERS TO SET UP WITH SOFTWARE AND DON'T WANT TO GO THIS HASSEL.
I AM CONSIDERING RETURNING THIS PRINTER AND GET SOMETHING THAT IS EASIER TO INSTALL.

It stinks
I bought a printer awhile back. I worked when I first got it but within a few uses the paper would just roll thru and print nothing. You could go thru a whole ream of paper if you let it run that long. I wrote HP and got nothing that helped. So I bought a Canon and that works just fine. I had always liked HP products but now I sit here with a printer that doesn't work and I couldn't get any help from the company so I am not very happy with my purchase.

Building The Community
I purchase this printer one month ago and I love it. Now I can print preschool home base curriculum for the children that can not go to school because of Covic 19. Letters Numbers and Shapes color and Trace Sheets free. I am going to have my daughter hang the curriculum packet on their door all in my zip free. I am happy with HP Products I will be buying more when I can I am 58 disable and can't walk a retired Child Development Director so God said buy a printer and serve your community like you use to when you had a license daycare. My health fell me do to medicine that was given to me at a hospital made me paralyze from the waist down I been waiting 2 years to walk to continue to servè teaching preparing children for kindergarten. So happy I can make to my computer and make the curriculum the use my wonderful HP printer to print it all out. I will use the winning to purchase ink and paper. God Bless you Wanda Morgan

I love this hp printer. It has everything i wanted and also its wireless. It was real easy for me to set up and install app on my phone. The printing of pages is really good. The scanner to copy is great. I haven't printed pictures but 1 day i will. I am very pleased with my new HP all-in-one printer.
