Printer that does not work.
It does not connect with all internet services. I got to use it about a week and it will not connect with my internet at all. I called customer service for help and nothing they had me try worked. Now I’m stuck with a printer that will not work. Very disappointed. I’ve always purchased hp products and now I’m considering taking the brand new computer I purchased back.

Printer Fail
I bought this 2 months ago. Never did work right. The paper tray is a joke! The paper does not pull into the printer correctly. There are no paper guides that help. If I hold my hand next to the paper it will kind of pull in straight, but barely. Piece of crap!

Spend more for better quality....
The Deskjet Plus 4155 was not an easy setup at all. The paper feed has a tab that you have to insert the papers correctly or it will not print. When it prints the tab doesn't comes out so that the printed paper doesn't fall on the floor.
Alerts on the printer blinking constantly without the paper instructions I wouldn't know what to do. If the printer is setup to an app it should read the warnings. I would like to toss this printer into the trash but I DON'T JUST THROW MONEY AWAY.... I WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO RETURN THE PRINTER....

I got this printer ,because we had one for the fire dept, The one at the fire dept worked well, but the one I got for my own use has been nothing but trouble, saying there is a paper jam when there is none. Saying it is out of paper when I just put it in.

This HP Deskjet 4155e comes with 6 months of free printing through any of the HP Instant Ink plans. And an extra year of warranty from HP through HP Plus. The HP Deskjet 4155 printer comes with a 2-month's trial of HP Instant Ink and the standard 1-year limited warranty from HP.

What does the E before the number of prints on the dashboard signify? Model 4155 mx. Printer is stalled.
That is a warning that either an error could occur, or one has occurred. This link http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06611086.pdf is for the user guide for that model and covers some of the meanings on page 5. You can use the other icons with it to help figure out what the issue is and how to fix it. You should also see it on the HP Smart app if you are using the app.

There are multiple ways to find a printer's IP address, including using a computer or the printer's control panel:
Using a computer
Open the Control Panel
Select Hardware and Sound
Select Devices and Printers
Right-click on the printer and select Properties
Find the IP address in the Web Services tab if there are three tabs, or in the Ports tab if there are five tabs
Using the printer's control panel
If the printer has a touchscreen, open the Wireless Summary or Network Settings menu
If the printer doesn't have a touchscreen, press the Information button to print an Information Report
Find the IP address on the printout
Using the Command Prompt
Open Command Prompt
Type netstat -r
Press Enter
Using a Mac
Open System Preferences
Click on Printers and Scanners
Select a printer from the left-hand column
Click on Options and Supplies
Find the IP address under Location
A printer must be connected to a router to have a private IP address. If the printer isn't connected to the internet, it won't have an IP address.
