Your process for activating the 6 month ink deal is flawed, confusing and seems like a bait and switch. I've wasted too much time already trying to take advantage of your bogus deal and have given up.

It’s worth it.
The paper loading tray is rather deceiving as ordinary bond paper leaves about three quarters of an inch on the left side. So don’t think you need to center the paper once you start loading it.

You get what you pay for
The printer cut off portions of the documents I was printing despite me adjusting the margins. I plugged in my old printer and the issue was not present. I tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor app but the problem was not resolved. I am returning the printer.

Nice solid printer
The printer was easy to set up and I was printing in minutes. Good clarity, the cartridges were easy to put in, and there were only two, as opposed to my last printer that had 4. This means the ink even less expensive to purchase, which is a plus.

Still figuring it out
Although set up took a week (with the help of a friend and then HP), it's now up and running. I still haven't figured out how to make multiple copies! I really enjoy the wireless aspect; no more carrying my laptop into the room with the printer and connecting the cable. I'm also still having difficulty understanding which lights should be on, which flashing, when to do things like press a button. Copies are good and quickly printed. Haven't tried scan or fax yet, but looking foward to it.

Buyer beware!
This Printer was purchased only because my older HP All-in-One Printer would not work with my new "Upgraded" Wi-Fi Modem. The Salesperson never told me that I could have directly wired my old printer to my computer to keep using it. This new Printer is very slow, required my calling Customer Service 4 times to finally get it working well, and seems to be using ink much faster than my old printer. But, I'll just get used to it!

Trying hard to make it work
I have had this printer for about one week. When it works the printing is GREAT but I can't keep it working. I intermittingly get the following messages, scanner currently unavailable or printer off line or unable to communicate with scanner. I have contacted hp tech support 8 or nine times. Every tech support agent has been GREAT. They have tried everything possible but the results are the same. When do we decide to replace this printer.

I don't like the quality of the printer. I printed a one page document. The top half was dark and easy to read. The bottom half was like and blurred and hard to read. Once I removed the document from the screen, it continued make noises as if I were installing an ink cartridge. I had to turn it off.

Does this fax?
This unit does not have the ability to fax directly. If you opt-in for HP+, HP+ is free, during the setup while using the HP Smart app, you get the HP Smart Advance app which includes the ability to use Mobile Fax. Mobile Fax will allow you to send faxes at no cost using either the scanner or the ADF from your printer or use the camera on phone/tablet to scan an image and send it as a fax. Does not include the ability to receive faxes that way, only send.

Printer has worked fine for a year or so. Recently had internet issues. When fixed, printer no longer connects to my internet. Ive looked it up, asked online n tried everything i was told to no avail. Im looking to see if usb can be used. Can anyone help?
