Product is miserable, and I am an HP fan
This is the fifth ink jet printer from HP that I’ve purchased in the last couple decades. It is awful. The instructions are terrible. The display is too tiny. I’ve tried to cancel the automatic ink replacement to me which I should have never signed up for, and I can’t get it stopped.

Make that sale! Then dump the customer.
This company could improve by offering live product support. Not a chat, not an email option or a phone number provided. In this age, don't we all just want a real human? I was glad to read that one reviewer commented on difficulty with return because I just saw that my DeskJet 4152e was returnable only during the first month. It's a flimsy piece of crap. (I am sorry though that the one reviewer had difficulty with return.)
It was a nightmare to set up! My husband, who is a techie, couldn't get it to go even though both of us were working on the 2 hour problem. We chose not to waste any more of our precious time and energy on a cheap piece of crap! Despite their online tutorials, we just don't have the time or the interest. It's out in the garage now, ready to go into next weeks trash pickup.
HP offers all this product support, but it is not forthcoming. I positively despise this company!

Functional.
It is certainly not like my previous copiers as far as quality of the product. It is very easy to set up and does collate and print clearly. It is noisy when printing. The ink cartridges that came with it had minimal ink.

My HP Officejet 4650 will not turn on...think I need a new printer. Is the Deskjet 4155e comparable. This is for my home, but I am the treasurer for 2 service organizations and print monthly reports for each. Will this work well for me?
Thank you for your question! The HP Deskjet 4155e is a fine printer but is a step below what you are used to from the OfficeJet series. I would recommend an OfficeJet 8025e or 8035e. That is a more comparable printer.

I have an HP model 151-DW200 Intel core I5. are the printers mentioned compatible? Can this printer, HP Deskjet 4155e or the Envy 6055e, be connected directly with the computer? What ink does the 4155e use? the Envy 6055e?

When paired with a mobile device and the HP Smart App fax may be sent. I have a HP ENVY Photo 7155 that only prints about 1/3of the letters about every 10 to 20 lines ands I put in a new ink cartridge because I thought that might be the problem but it still did the same thing.

Specs say the printer supports 2-sided printing but I am unable to figure out how to set that up as there is nothing there on the print set-up to allow it. My computer is a Mac. In this day and age, if it doesn't print on 2 sides, I'll be returning this.
