Product is miserable, and I am an HP fan
This is the fifth ink jet printer from HP that I’ve purchased in the last couple decades. It is awful. The instructions are terrible. The display is too tiny. I’ve tried to cancel the automatic ink replacement to me which I should have never signed up for, and I can’t get it stopped.

Make that sale! Then dump the customer.
This company could improve by offering live product support. Not a chat, not an email option or a phone number provided. In this age, don't we all just want a real human? I was glad to read that one reviewer commented on difficulty with return because I just saw that my DeskJet 4152e was returnable only during the first month. It's a flimsy piece of crap. (I am sorry though that the one reviewer had difficulty with return.)
It was a nightmare to set up! My husband, who is a techie, couldn't get it to go even though both of us were working on the 2 hour problem. We chose not to waste any more of our precious time and energy on a cheap piece of crap! Despite their online tutorials, we just don't have the time or the interest. It's out in the garage now, ready to go into next weeks trash pickup.
HP offers all this product support, but it is not forthcoming. I positively despise this company!

It is certainly not like my previous copiers as far as quality of the product. It is very easy to set up and does collate and print clearly. It is noisy when printing. The ink cartridges that came with it had minimal ink.

The HP printer I have now has the same cartridges as this printer, can I use them in the new printer if I purchase it?

These were the capable models Color Inkjet: CP1160, CP1160tn; Digital Copier Printer 610; Officejet: 610, 7110xi, 7130, 7130xi, 7140xi, D125xi, D135, D135xi, D145, D145xi, D155xi; Photosmart 325.

I purchased a 4155e and it is setup fine and working with wifi. A yellow light came on and every thing prints red or yellow. No manual came with the printer on how to work it and what the lights mean? Please advise how to get a manual and use the printer.

This printer does support paper up to 145lb. But it is not recommended to use that paper weight frequently.

3755 drops half of a line when printing. i.e. words only show up half printed line. A word such as print only prints top of word and not the bottom.. I tried every cleaning option and alignment. Nothing fixes the problem. Installed new ink.
