I had a lot of trouble getting the computer to work with our local printer and copy machine. I never did get it to work with our Microsoft Office 2016 license

Always Purchased HP computers and zprinters
This is my fifth HP all-in-one. It is the first with a solid state hard drive and proves to be very fast. My only negative is it does not have a touch screen like my others.

Sleek and Powerful
I chose the HP all in one with an intel 7 processor to serve my needs for small business tracking and daily e-mail correspondence. We also use it for online parts orders, occasional shopping and photos. I find it to be plenty of processor and memory to carry into my future needs as programming gets more bulky. We have added a USB plug and play DVD drive that is so slim it is barely noticeable while it rests perfectly on the stand. Our last HP served 16 years, so this is the necessary upgrade. We find it more than adequate for our needs. It is compact, sleek and takes up very little space on the desk. It is definitely the right choice for our needs.

Product went bad...no support or warranty.
Computer stopped functioning after 50 days but was denied a warranty because the warranty period was 30 days. I now have a non-functional computer.

New To HP
My previous computer was a Lenovo all in one desktop. I had it for over six years and it became very slow. I still have it.
I like my new HP all in one. The screen is larger than the Lenovo. Because the computer is new, it starts up quickly so unlike the Lenovo. The Lenovo has Windows 10 and the HP has Windows 11. A little bit of a difference but it's just something I have to get used to using.
I don't use the keyboard and mouse that came with the HP because they're both very cheaply made and they FEEL cheap. I use my Logitech soft key keyboard and mouse.
I've had several computers in the past including an iMac. The iMac was awesome until it wasn't.
I like the helpful co-pilot on the HP and some other things but I haven't had long enough to get to know everything about it. It's quick to respond I can say that.

Great upgrade for an older HP all in one
This computer replaced an older HP envy23 all in one that was probably 14 years old. This new device is definitely faster. Windows 11 takes some time to adjust to, but will work through that with time. Nice footprint on the desk top.

A fair replacement
My previous All-In-One (purchased in 2011) was still working, however as available support from HP was ending (due to age) and the lack of ability to update to Windows11 (again age), I had purchase a new one. This one was the closest matching desktop, and I did like the fact I could customize it (available RAM for example). However, I wish the USB-As were not all in the back and that there are more of them (last computer had 6 with two on the side for easy access, this has 4 + 1 USB-C). My previous computer also had a card reader (which I had to purchase separately) and a CD/DVD player.

OMG this computer was so easy to set up!!! I'm 70 years old and it wasn't hard at all. I love my new HP computer and should have bought one years ago! Thanks for making such a great product.

Review of HP All-in-One 27 inch desk top.
The keyboard purchased from HP was less than satisfactory HP customer support offered no help. Planning to buy a new non-HP keyboard. I wish the unit was made in America.

Great all in one computer
I have used HP all in one computers since 2009 and in fact that one is still be used daily. I replaced it with this new 27 in order to get faster speed and have not been disappointed. If it gives even close to the same service as my 24 I will be extremely happy.

Great but for one issue
Excellent machine. The reason for only 4 stars is this; there is a piece with a button that attaches the screen to the stem. I suppose it's a lock and release button to adjust the height. The button on mine does nothing. I can't lock the screen into position. It does go up and down and for the most part stays put. When i try to contact support I cannot find the link to right place to address this.

Powerful and sleek
This has been a great purchase so far. I have been using it for about a month and it has greatly improved my ability to work more efficiently and with a lot less frustration. The 32GB of RAM is awesome. The clean look of the all-in-one is a huge improvement. I still don't have a clean desk, but that isn't the computer's fault. The screen resolution is fantastic and the screen size means I don't have to squint or strain to see everything. Very impressive and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a new computer.

I love the computer. The processing speed and ease of setup and use. I really am happy about it. Though I am upset that I had a problem ordering and wanted the color white and received the jet color because the rep had miswritten the request. So I love it. But it’s not perfect for me because of the color that I wanted

Consider what you want in an AIO. Then ask lots of questions.
85 percent happy with purchase. What I like...screen size and brightness, tilt ability and up and down capability, and Windows 11, speakers and a clean desk area. What I didn't care for...camera (nice it's attached because one less wire) but I have to adjust the location of the AIO to see my full picture profile. Small number of inputs on the back, would have like to know that I wouldn't be able to use a CD without an external device. The AIO was so different from what I had.

HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop
Ordering and shipping were fine and the shipping container was sufficiently protective. The physical setup was easy and initial startup and configuration was typical Windows. This is the first IntelCore5 I’ve owned; recent computers were all Core i7. Computer performance is as good or better than the i7’s. Internet connectivity is acceptable, and web pages render very quickly. This is my initial upgrade to Windows 11, and I have to say it’s a disappointing experience; it’s like the whole purpose of the Microsoft Edge browser, mainly the Microsoft Start window, is advertising and distracting content. I do like using the HP all-in-one.
