Tech supports first comment after providing the serial number stated this computer was "out of warr"
This "new" computer had a bad operating system and would not recognize the wired keyboard nor wired mouse. After 3 different techs attempted an "on site" fix, I was sent a shipping box to send it back to the repair center. Ordered on June 26, received June 29, sent back in July, I still don't have a computer. I want a NEW computer. I want a full 3 year warranty when and if I ever get satisfaction or I expect a full refund or I am contacting the State Attorney General citing fraud on behalf of HP.

HP 27 Inch AIO PC
Well built, powerful I7 CPU, fast, easy to set up and de cluttered the desk. No more CPU box and video cables. Good video with a large 27in touch screen. Handles all the usual web surfing, email, pictures, printing and work apps. Integrates well with my HP Smart Tank Printer, has many ports on the back. Will handle all my PC tasks.

Nice to have PC built the way we wanted!
We finally had to consider buying a new PC because our old PC had started to have issues. We had an HP Pavillion for it least eight or nine years. The touch screen was starting to malfunction.
With being able to choose what we wanted with the All-in-One, we decided to buy another HP.
We opted to go without the touch screen this time. It was a bit of a wait, but we understood since it was shipped from Thailand. It did come earier than the expected shipping date and was packaged well.
So far, we've enjoyed it. It came with Windows 11, with Windows 10 no longer going to receive updates we felt it was the best time to buy.
We were a bit disappointed it didn’t come with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or One Note. In the future, we may buy those, but it feels like just another way Microsoft takes advantage.
Hopefully, this PC will last as long as our other HP. I'm only using it for personnal/financial, but it could easily be used for gaming as well. We opted for 32GB and 1 TB.

Good help is so hard to find.
The monitor colors and speed were amazing. The reason for the rating is two reasons. Windows failed after attempting to update and I had to reinstall it. It went into recovery mode an additional 2 times. I had to reinstall windows from the cloud an additional 2 times. Last week windows went to run an update. The update failed and it went back into recovery mode but would not allow me to reinstall. Reason number two is that I went onto the HP website, signed in and updated all of the information needed to try to get help with issue number one. The live chat wouldn't work, the phone option wouldn't work. I ended up getting on the sales chat to try to get a phone number to call for help. The number I got was correct but I got put in an automated system that looped me around so many times I could have been dizzy. I went back to the sales chat and a very helpful person tried other websites and even walked me through the Virtual Assistant to try to get an actual human being. As you may have guessed this also failed. The sales person basically told me my only option was to go to an HP service center. The nearest one is 2 hours away. So that is what I am going to do. If this doesn't work then I will be returning the product and probably lowering the rating to 1 star.

You can add a wireless keyboard and mouse as long as they are compatible with Windows 11. This one does not have a display out to connect to another monitor. It does have a HDMI in that would allow you to use the screen as a monitor for another computer or device.
