Not a user-friendly PC
Had a HP PC monitor screen and then the unit itself fail completely. Replaced with a HP 27-inch Allin One Desktop. This new replacement is very difficult to maneuver from menu to menu or to navigate as the workflow is terrible and site search capabilities difficult to use. To many popups trying to sell additional software and security programs.

Great All in one!
I really like this desktop! Speed is great, graphics are great. Super easy to put together. Only thing that is a little off is the stand that you place it onto. There's a notch where you slide something in the back part of the monitor into. The monitor will fall out if you don't have it in correctly WHILE ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT. It will not just all out on its own. It's very cool how you can adjust the height though!
You just have to make sure you pay attention and put things together right. There is a piece that comes in the box to hold it in place. Don't throw it away. Use it! Haha! Otherwise, this all in one is great! I have not had one problem with it and have had it for months.

Love the new 27 inch screen
The all in one desktop is a nice improvement over my prior Hp desktop speed is demonstrably faster, the 27 inch screen is brighter and clearer and the new AI, Co Pilot in Windows 11 is an added bonus.

Good computer for small business needs
Purchased this HP All-in-One computer for my small business after my previous 10-yr-old HP All-in-one eventually failed to start. Needed a computer that had a quiet large touch screen where I could hook this up to my other two HP monitors. Gives me a great workspace for the next 10 years to continue to develop my progressive web app and write articles, books and do online training in the aviation sector.

Overall very pleased with this purchase. This is our second HP computer. (This one replaces an 8 year old model). The packaging was excellent, and the setup was seamless.
I have not experienced any issues with connectivity etc.

Poor monitor resolution
The computer runs well, but the monitor resolution is grainy and pixelated (1920x1080), especially after using a Mac. I ended up purchasing a 4K monitor to connect to it for clear graphics because even screenshots were grainy and I needed better a higher resolution to use with Adobe programs. Just something to think about before you purchase this computer.

Not my favorite HP model

Always Purchased HP computers and zprinters
This is my fifth HP all-in-one. It is the first with a solid state hard drive and proves to be very fast. My only negative is it does not have a touch screen like my others.

Sleek and Powerful
I chose the HP all in one with an intel 7 processor to serve my needs for small business tracking and daily e-mail correspondence. We also use it for online parts orders, occasional shopping and photos. I find it to be plenty of processor and memory to carry into my future needs as programming gets more bulky. We have added a USB plug and play DVD drive that is so slim it is barely noticeable while it rests perfectly on the stand. Our last HP served 16 years, so this is the necessary upgrade. We find it more than adequate for our needs. It is compact, sleek and takes up very little space on the desk. It is definitely the right choice for our needs.

Product went bad...no support or warranty.
Computer stopped functioning after 50 days but was denied a warranty because the warranty period was 30 days. I now have a non-functional computer.

New To HP
My previous computer was a Lenovo all in one desktop. I had it for over six years and it became very slow. I still have it.
I like my new HP all in one. The screen is larger than the Lenovo. Because the computer is new, it starts up quickly so unlike the Lenovo. The Lenovo has Windows 10 and the HP has Windows 11. A little bit of a difference but it's just something I have to get used to using.
I don't use the keyboard and mouse that came with the HP because they're both very cheaply made and they FEEL cheap. I use my Logitech soft key keyboard and mouse.
I've had several computers in the past including an iMac. The iMac was awesome until it wasn't.
I like the helpful co-pilot on the HP and some other things but I haven't had long enough to get to know everything about it. It's quick to respond I can say that.

Great upgrade for an older HP all in one
This computer replaced an older HP envy23 all in one that was probably 14 years old. This new device is definitely faster. Windows 11 takes some time to adjust to, but will work through that with time. Nice footprint on the desk top.
