HP All in one computer
HP requested a product review but that isn't possible as I've yet to receive it! The order was placed on 10/27 and shipped from the factory on 11/15. FedEx erroneously attempted delivery at the wrong address and I've had no satisfaction working with HP's order fulfillment team ever since. I've made numerous phone calls and everyone seems to restart the process. There appears to be no ownership for resolving the issue and ensuring that a customer receives the product ordered and paid for over 6 weeks ago! This is unsatisfactory!

Works Well. Don't like the screen angle
I hate upgrading to new Operating System so Windows 11 is a drag at this point. Computer seems to work well but I don't like to angle. Hard to make out screen even with my readers. Didn't have this issue with my previous HP Desktop which is 10 years old. I haven't tested the video camera yet.

Spoke to HP about ordering a new pc because my old one died. Sales women recommended the AOI. Sounded good ordered it, went on line to read all the specs and realized it wouldn't fit on my computer desk. My bad. Called to cancel and ordered a tower. Was told I couldn't cancel but could return it for a full refund. My tower came in three days. A few days later the AIO came, I met the delivery at the door, told him the order was canceled, signed some eforms and I thought that was it. Almost a month later the AIO was delivered again! I had to take it to UPS with the return label for a return receipt. Finally got my returm credit. Should have been so easy, why couldn't the original AIO order be canceled less than 24hrs after the first order, it was not a custom config. But i'm happy with the tower but not happy that it could not come with an optical drive or an sd card reader. Good that they are still availabe on line for old people used to old tech.

This is the best HP can do?
Firstly, it took over 6 weeks from order to delivery. What? In 2025? This caused all kinds of problems for me. Installation was very difficult. It was done by a professional, not me. She had to return more than once to get things right.

Too many pop-ups
Since I converted to my new HP desktop (from a Dell system) I am receiving way too many pop-ups. a very unsatisfactory experience. Sign-in and sign-out is fast and efficient.

Disappointed.
I ordered this product on line on September 2, 2025 and never received. It was returned to you warehouse unbeknownst to me on September 26, 2025. There was sometype of mix up on HPs end. Very disappointed. I submitted a more detailed review previously, to date no response.

When you turn the desktop on, is a power light visible to show that it is on? Where is the light?
In the case of this unit, the computer portion is built into the monitor. The power button is on the back of the screen. When you turn on one, you turn on both in this case. The light to show it is on is on the bottom right of the screen.

The stand is not removable on this HP All-in-One 24-cr0055t PC and does ship attached.
