It has limits
Overall it is a great machine. It's one drawback is it's graphics memory. It has a very limited capacity that limits its abilities to handle AI.

Just not what HP computers use to be.
I bought this computer to replace my 2018 HP Elite One Computer. It can't hold a candle to the Elite One. First off it was a nightmare to set up. That Bitlocker is a joke. Bet I had to put that key code in 50 times - spending all my time googling trying to figure out how to cut off all the security. I'm at home - not in a high security office. This is just a home computer for me alone. Then - after it goes to sleep , it takes forever to wake it up. I sit and wait and wait. THEN.... it won't let me TYPE! It sticks on letters on the screen. It can't keep up with my typing. I don't know what causes that. My old Elite could jump from program to program, it was fast and would wake up on a snap. This one seems to struggle.. So I am learning to always shut it off at night and start it again in the morning so it will work correctly. I'm just disappointed in this machine. I am disappointed HP won't stand behind their products cept for 30 days like they know on day 35 - problems will exist. And I"m not paying them more money, to be covered and having to talk to someone that I can't understand what they are saying and want control over my computer. Trying to find human life when I tried calling a week after getting it was such a nightmare, why would I want to pay them for more of that? I remember the good ole days, when companies stood behind their products, you got American nice young guy that was so helpful. They answered the phone when you called. Just a sad world now of money hungry companies that only care about the dollar.

Best desktop yet
Our new all-in-one Ultra 5 with 16gb ram and a touchscreen was super easy to unbox and set up. We have used it for 2 months now and are absolutely impressed with the speed and performance, as the Ultra 5 is a lot faster than both of our i7 laptops. The display is amazing, and the touchscreen works as it should. I would recommend this all-in-one desktop to anyone that wants quality and value.

SO FAR SO GOOD
Very easy to set up. Like everything about it, from the ease of moving the screen to fit my needs to the ease of access to what I am looking for. Very fast from signing on to multi-tasking. So far very pleased. However, I will need to give it over 6 months to be convinced that it is good for the long term. My last HP all-in one only lasted 6 months. This one is superior to my last HP. Will check back in 7 months. But so far so good!!

Great Price for Abundant Features and Performance
I had an HP computer since 2006 and loved the reliability, performance, and capabilities that it provided. I still use that older Windows 7 device for odd tasks but am enamored with the new Windows 11 HP 24-cr1085t computer. For the price, it's hard to beat for the features it provides and the reputation and support that I know will carry me into the years ahead.

Good service
A little frustrated, I have not set up the computer yet. I purchased it with the understanding I would have the PC Mover program to transfer all my information. But I later received an email that the program purchase was cancelled because it was no longer available. I contacted HP and was told it was available and was being reordered. Then I got another email saying it was cancelled! So at this time I am without a PC Mover program and a $1200 computer sitting here doing nothing. Just a bit frustrated with this whole thing. I saw it available on other websites, so I don't know what the issue really was. Still deciding whether I want to deal with HP on this or get the program elsewhere.

Small Footprint and easy setup
Easy setup fast, responsive SSD HD. Nice that the monitor can be raised or lowered. For those wanting a much smaller footprint than the traditional box PC, this is the way to go

This is a Great Computer.
My HP Envy I purchased in 2009 finally gave out. Still works but very slow and display very dim. The new HP AIO I purchase in December is great. Works like a champ very fast and display is great.

Broke from the start.
I bought this All in One computer as a Christmas gift. I placed the order around the 12th of December. I received it in time for Christmas. A couple days after Christmas we put everything together and tried to set up the new computer, and nothing showed up on the monitor. I done some checking everything was hooked up correctly. I checked the trouble shooting page any done everything it recommended. Still nothing. So I call the helpline. That is really a joke, the helpline..
I done everything they asked still nothing. I was told at this time I would need to call a different department. Ok. I done this on the next business day, and would you believe they had me do the same thing as the first time I called. Still nothing working. The person did email me return label. I printed it off and got the package sent out the next day. By now it is January the 8th or 9th. Tracking shows my package was delivered to them on the 13th. They said once they received the broken one they would send me a new one. Well here it is the 23th of January and no computer. I have received out 3 times on there website and I I have gotten is the run around. On can give me an answer to when I will receive my computer. This whole experience has been a pain in my neck. Best I can tell the whole company is a joke. No one want to do there job. I will never do business with them again once this is resolved…..

HP All-In-One Computer
I am extremely happy with the purchase of this all in one computer. The computer arrived earlier than scheduled from when I bought it which was a pleasant surprise. The setup instructions worked perfectly and I was able to get on and get my work done without problems. The computer is quick to boot up, shut down and perform all the tasks I need. I am very happy with the result.

Wonderful all-in-one desktop computer
Wonderful all-in-one desktop computer. The large monitor screen display is sharp and clear. The Ultra 7 processor is much faster than my previous Core i3 processor and has more memory and storage capacities. There is nothing about this computer that I do not like.

Decent machine with chintzy mouse and keyboard
Setup was easy. Sound is pretty decent. System seems decently fast for my use, definitely faster than my 10 year old PC but I'm not a gamer. I miss the touch screen on my old PC but I didn't want to spend the extra money for the touch screen. The included wired mouse and keyboard are chintzy. For a machine costing this much HP should include a wireless mouse and better (bigger) keyboard. That would use one of the four existing USB ports but a USB hub is inexpensive to purchase if additional USB ports are needed.

Great Performance
However there are not enough usb ports (4), and I'd prefer shorter mouse and keyboard wires.

Needs more storage options for the HDD
Too small HDD. Best option is 1 Tb of storage which, for me, is a little tight.

A Perfect 10 Years
In 2014 I bought a 23-inch HP All-in-One desktop. After 10 years of daily use, I bought a 2024 model as I wanted a faster one, but the 2014 model still works as great as it did when new. The new model is extremely fast and I am very happy with it. I have confidence that it too will work great for 10 years and still be going strong.

The HP All-in-One was super easy to set up, it automatically copied all of my settings and favorites, including passwords from my old system so I was up and running with the new computer in no time.

Delivered on time. Very easy to set up and instructions easy to follow. Enjoy the larger screen compared to the laptop I had been using. Enjoy the speed also. So far very happy with the overall operations of the entire setup.

I need help!!
I've called tech support, talked to warranty support and still my warranty is pending? I want to know what's going on? I either want my money back or guarantee my warranty. My HP support assistant is not downloading either.

Frustrated
The computer works as it should. The only problem is the keyboard. The volume keys didn't work until I got a workaround from support. A working keyboard should come with a new computer.
