I have purchased computers and printers from Hewlett-Packard for many years. However, based on my latest experience with your company I am extremely displeased with the approach to consumer attention and to your printer as listed below. 1. There is essentially no way to contact any individual at Hewlett-Packard for help and guidance when difficulties arise with your product. Specifically, in the latest incident, when I attempted to contact you directly, I was eventually “helped” by an organization that is located in Philadelphia PA. They were completely unhelpful and charged an enormous amount for essentially no assistance. It was a complete waste of time dealing with them. That experience alone makes me wonder how the rest of your company is operated. 2. I am further distressed by the printer I purchased from you #7740. When one of the ink cartridges ran out, I was forced to buy a replacement before I could do any more printing. This was astonishing since I needed a printer to assist my patients and could not until obtaining a replacement. The printer is programmed not to work unless all the cartridges are able to print. To put out a printer like that is reprehensible. I am sending this along to you knowing full well you will not in any way respond. But at least know that my response will be to tell whomever I can not to purchase any of your products and to know you have lost a very loyal customer.

Can I still buy ink for HP Office Jet Pro 8715 or is this printer now obsolete? Tried putting new printer cartridge in 952 xl which we always used and now printer says those cartridges are no longer compatible???
