However, HP recently changed the drivers on the printer so that it no longer recognizes the HP cartridges that I already had. So I had to buy new ones. This was really STUPID of you to do! Forcing your customers to buy new cartridges when they have perfectly serviceable ones already on hand is very BAD customer service!

Forcing us to buy cartridges has a very bad impact on my wanting to buy any more of this product in the future. I don't mind paying for ink to fill cartridges, but throwing away cartridges to an already polluted environment is disgusting and wasteful. A return cartridge policy to refill them, or even better ink so I can refill them is an environmentally better solution. Your policy of only allowing original HP cartridges to be used, not allowing us to refill them, forcing us to throw them away is not going to win long term friends for your product.

I have just one question. Is there a way to adjust the ink feed to provide a darker print? My vision is very poor, so my pages are sometimes too light for me to see clearly. Only original HP CN049AN, CN045AN, L0S28AN, CN050AN, CN046AN, CN051AN, CN047AN, CN052AN, and CN048AN ink cartridges can provide the results your printer was engineered to deliver. The HP 952XL is not compatible.

Are these "V1" cartridges that WILL NOT result in "Older Generation Cartridge Errors????  I've wasted $100's buying cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 because people are LYING about their cartridges compatibility!!!!
