easy to install
I bought this to keep from being shut down since the printer won't accept any other cartridge except HP. It works fine but is still too expensive considering the number of copies that can be printed from any one cartridge. The printer is great for all the other features I need (scanning, copying, faxing and printing).

I don't know if this ink is good or not because I am getting an error message stating that it is not compatable with my printer even though its the exact product that was in the printer when I replaced it. Your web site is very confusing and I have not been able to reach anyone to help me. Also, I'm I able to return this product since I obviously had to open it to try it out?

Great color!
I bought this cartridge plus the 951XL Yellow and 951XL Magenta. All three have great color, were easy to install, and hopefully they will deliver the longevity that HP advertises. By the way, these three XL cartridges are paired with the 950XL black cartridge, so I should be able to print for a long time!

Cyan! It's not blue, it's not green, it's different mixes of colors depending on if you're talking about ink or light. It's all very confusing! Thankfully, when I run out I don't have to ponder these things while I'm trying to mix it myself- I just call HP and they've done all the hard work for me! I love these guys!
