Ordered this because I got an Ink cartridge failure message when I tried to replace an empty yellow HP ink original cartridge with a yellow HP original cartridge I had on hand. Got the same ink cartridge failure message with this brand new yellow HP cartridge that I bought online. I tried all the suggestions but have been unable to get the message cleared so I can't print. I refuse to buy another yellow cartridge until I get a refund, which I can't figure out how to do. The website doesn't make it easy. I may have to buy a new printer, which will not be much more expensive than the above purchase.

There was ink all over inside of the plotter and the off brand ink cartridge made lousy plots. I sent the entire box back to procurement and insisted on OEM HP ink Cartridges.

For many times when I changed the new color ink cartridge, but the printer kept asking to install a new ones. Then I realized the new ink cartridge was either dry out or empty! This happened for at least 3 times with the color ink cartridges. I bought these at Costco and at HP web site. I never tried to buy single pack color ink cartridge, so I do not know if the single pack color ink cartridge will not have defective like in the multi-pack color ink cartridge? Next time I will buy the single pack color ink cartridges to see if the dry ink or no ink issues will happen.

The printer will not read it properly so it will not print. I am beyond frustrated. How do you not make a compatible ink cartridge for one of your older machines? I am not the only person who has had this problem, as I have found quite a few people online with the same issue and no resolution.. I even spoke with an employee and told them the exact kind of ink that I needed, and they still sent me the same kind that they sent me before, which did not work.
