Purchased ink cartridge via phone and received it quickly via mail. Noticed date of manufacture relabeled and warranty to expire within months. After reluctantly installing; following difficulties locating the HP product and 60 dollars, time & efforts; I suspect a short ink life.

Love the pressurized cartridges
I am very happy with the Office Jet system and its pressurized cartridges. It is greatly superior to the Ink Jet system which tends to dry out when the printer is used infrequently.

Shopping with HP Iwas extremely DISSATISFIED. The shipping was two days over the most time estimated. When looking for status online, shipping method was DHL. after four days of no update in status, I chatted with HP Rep online. That Rep shipping by USPS. In this day, having 8-10 days shipping is unheard of. I will NEVER go HP direct with ink ! With the premium cost of ink from HP you would think HP could secure timely shipping for its customers.

Ink toner missing a part
I cannot reach anyone on the telephone to help me with my problems. I ordered the the combo cartridge of colors and and I keep getting an error message that the print wheel is missing or cannot be connected. When looking at all the colors it seemed that the blue color was missing something on the very top of it. It wasn’t the same as the others. I am very upset because I paid over $150 and I cannot get the ink to connect. I need someone to call me right away.

Is 950 black ink cartridge the same as 951
Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP 950 black ink cartridge is not the same as the HP 951. The HP 950 and 950XL are black ink cartridges, while the HP 951 and 951XL are color ink cartridges (available in cyan, magenta, and yellow).

I don't know what happened to the original ink cartridge but this is what it says on the printer, HP Product No. CN577A, model no. N911n, Black 950 CMY 951.

My HP Officejet Pro 8610 states "Missing or Failed Printhead". Can I purchase a new Printhead for this printer? If so, where can I purchase it? I wasn't able to locate one on the HP website.
Thank you for your question regarding the Officejet Pro 8610. HP does not sell the CR322A and it is no longer manufactured by HP. You may be able to find it from other vendors, but they may not be the official part. The current replacement model for the unit is the OfficeJet Pro 9125e.
