Printhead issue
I have brought inks over past 5 years and this is the first time I put all inks in and it show printhead problem Oxc19a0020 ....now I can't use it to make prints...I am very disappointed!!!

Disappointing
My old original HP 6230 ink works fine in my printer until i bought this new Ink and my
now my printer is not working in other words it doesn't recognized the ink...I've tried many different troubleshooting techniques and my printer went dead....Sorry to say but i had to purchase another printer (Canon) and their product seems way much easier to operate and ink installment

Wonderful product!

Magenta Ink Cartridge
I just bought the color pack cartridge & the magenta cartridge would not work until I smacked it hard several times to loosen it up. Obviously I was sold a dried/faulty cartridge. Sure hope the cartridge lasts as long as it should, like past orders.

Wasted my Money
While the ink cartridges "MAY" be alright, the used HP printer I bought them for is a boat anchor. It said it had a "print head problem" and after extensive searches on HP's website I wasn't able to get any information. I should have Goggle'd it as I found out the problem is with the printer and nearly unrepairable. Unfortunately I had installed all 4 new cartridges before finding out the printer is junk. (HP Office Jet Pro 8635)
