Ink is fine. I ordered and it would not work with my printer. I called support and was told probably print head problem. I cannot return the ink that cost $97.00 and printer is out of date. I am disappointed that some refund could not be applied to a new printer. Help!

Not the HP quality it used to be.
My black ink cartridge did not work and the blue showed up as a used cartridge.

Bad Ink!
I have had so much trouble with HP INK cartridges, i have had 2 dry or clog up while still in the printer, and 1 that my computer said that it was counterfieit. And as soon as i can find another reputable cartridge i will switch to that.

This is my second time purchasing my Hp and disappointed that my color copy did not come out clear at all! I changed all the cartridges and the second time I printed a color copy it said it was low in ink and printed an extremely poor color quality.

The color you want
Far too little of a fine product at an outrageous price. The ink is too expensive to use on any but the most important projects and always seem empty when you really need them. The produce beautiful natural colors for far to shoet a time.

Bad experience.
Bought as back up ink to have on hand and printer stopped working. Cannot return because HP only allows 30 days from delivery. Do not buy in advance especially if HP stops supporting your printer.

Don't waist you money
The HP print and scan software for my new Envy 7858 has yet to function as expected . i invested over 6 hours working with HP support personnel trying to resolve the issues to no avail . I have yet to get an answer on why the app does not work.
