I followed the directions three times to correct the problem. I then went to your website and tried everything suggested for troubleshooting. Nothing worked. So I sent two emails, and I have never received a response. So I have $111 worth of ink in a printer that will not work. Not happy with HP.

The extra ink in each cartridge not only makes a big difference in replacement time-frames, but also enhances savings with out printing budget -- especially with photos and my wife's internet coupons. I get further savings by configuring many everyday print jobs to draft and black-only copies. The print quality is quite sufficient for many projects, and it bypasses the color carts that are also used in combo to produce black ink formats. I'll never go back to the standard carts, based upon my complete satisfaction with the XL's. Also, my continued 25+ year ordering direct from HP provides product availability, with fast and free shipping.

It was very easy to order and the delivery is reliable and not very quick. The rewards program is meaningless, of no importance, and definitely NOT a sales incentive. Additionally, HP thinks their inks are made out of gold or something, especially the way they price all of their inks. One advise to HP, if you truly care about bringing in more business, LOWER your prices on all of your products and inks!!! Because of some of these flaws on HP is why I gave it one star less, if not they would have gotten 5 stars for their products.

I've already paid for the printer again through the frequent need to get new toner, and I don't even print documents that often. It is extremely irritating and has motivated me to seek other sources of toner and printers. Of note, I've used HP printers and ink for both business and personal use for decades, and this is the first time I've considered using other products.

I haven't printed anything yellow so far. I can't judge whether cartridge has extended life (i assume XL stands for eXtended Life) or not at this point. I hope so. Too bad printer software doesn't track number of sheets printed with each cartridge, so one could judge the lifespan.

The price was a little cheaper than a local retail seller who didn't have exactly what I wanted... The colors are vivid and the ink cartridge performs very well; no smudges or breaks in print. I like the XL ones because you get more for less in the long run. they last, they live up to their name, and even when your machine tells you the ink is low, you still have plenty in there to keep you going in case you do not have a replacement on hand. and since HP ships so quickly, you NEVER have to worry about depleting completely.

I really have trouble with poor performance but it seems to be very widespread and usa is no longer in the forefront so an alternative was developed...use ink and keep those profits up.

Does this replace 932 cartridge for 9010 office jet printer

The Officejet Pro 9010/15, 9020/9025 use the 962 cartridges. You can use the standard or XL high yield https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/sitesearch?keyword=962 with those models. The 933 our just the colors for the 932 which is just the black.
