Ink is good. Printer is dumb.
Ink is good. Printer stinks when it won’t print ANYTHING when one of four cartridges are empty. Not even black and white output. Just crap. It took 3x as long to get my ink and you left one off my order. Oops we’re closed on the weekend pls call back then another 4 days. So TWELVE DAYS to get my order and all I get is an OOPS! :((

Disappointment
I always buy genuine HP ink. Recently I put in new yellow and red. Next it wanted a black. Immediately after I inserted the black, it said the yellow was defective and needed to be replaced. So I had to replace an almost new cartridge.

INK CULPRIT SHUTS DOWN PRINTER
I will NEVER again buy a printer that shuts itself down when one or more ink cartridges are going dry. Though my black ink was full, the printer would not work until I purchased more HP ink cartridges. Then it took over 5 days from the point I ordered the cartridges which is completely different from previous 'forced' purchases which used to be shipped overnight. While part of this longer delivery may be the result of present day in shelter placement, it still doesn't answer the question as to WHY the printer will not work using alternate ink cartridges. From this point out, never again will I purchase either a laptop or printer created by HP.

Does this replace 932 cartridge for 9010 office jet printer
The Officejet Pro 9010/15, 9020/9025 use the 962 cartridges. You can use the standard or XL high yield https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/sitesearch?keyword=962 with those models. The 933 our just the colors for the 932 which is just the black.
