Defective Cartridges
I opened this cartridge very carefully and it sprayed ink all over my hands and the floor. I had to dump this cartridge. This is not the first cartridge that this has happened with. I have disposed of the printer and will never buy another HP printer again!

Ink Order
The ink from HP is delivered quickly. Only issue is how often we have to order it as it is expensive. The bad ink that was in the stores had issues that really messed up our printer and printing but the last two orders directly from HP seem to have solved the issues we had.

Reliable product
I have been buying HP cartridges for over 30 years and find I can count on them to work properly with no leakage of ink. The yellow lever to open the cartridge is much improved so it opens more easily. Love all HP products!

New printer
My last printer was great but there was a problem with the ink, so I purchased a new HP officejet pro and it is great. The folks at Hp who I dealt with to solve my ink problem were very helpful in getting me into a comparable printer. Easy to set up, prints from my phone and very easy to understand for an older person.

The 902XL has a much better value than the regular 902 for the price. Ink is unfortunantly still quite expensive, so as long as it's in stock, definitely go with the XL over the standard because you getting way better value.
