Bad Experience this Time
Before I install the toner, my printer was telling me that toner is low but printed. After I installed the new toner ..my printer stop printing and all the tips to get it back to printing failed.....I unpluged the power cord and followed all the steps....Still not printing...I'm waiting for my "teck" person to come and see what the problem it I've never had this to happen befroe...SOOO disappointing and I get to pay my teck. Never had this to happen before when I installed a new toner cartridge....

Almost perfect service
I became tired of keep ordering the "regular" toners so I went to the "XL" so that I would
not be bothered with having to change toner for my printer so frequently. Good idea. Also good speedy response.The only negative that I have about my purchase is that they did not charge the tax rate for where they were delivered; I am in an unincorporated city which has a lower tax rate. Please check your orders for appropriate tax calculation.

Replacement toner cartridge
I am very much looking forward to installing my new HP laserjet toner cartridge when the current one is empty. Then I will be able to keep my M201 printer in service until I need a replacement for the one just purchased. Especially glad to have an authentic HP product.

I bought one of these a month ago, via HP'S online store... very impressive feedback on progress of the rapid delivery... most impressive and convenient return process for return of spent cartridge--free, no muss, no fuss easy! Only ding was an HP nag dialog that whined for a while that the new cartridge was not "genuine"!?!?

Big problems
I got this for my HP MFP M127fw and it didn't fit! My printer normally takes an 83A and this was supposed to go in this printer, but it was molded so it would not go in. I found this out too late for a refund, so I was out the cost from HP. BEWARE!!

Ink cartridge had only 75% of required ink in it
What ink was there worked fine. But, the cartridge contained only 75% of the advertised ink for the extended life cartridge. When I called to discus it with HP I was told too bad. You should have told us when them cartridge was first inserted into the printer. They could (or would) do nothing now. That is miserable service. Why purchase an HP product if the company will not stand by what it sells? I will think twice next time. There are other models out there.

This really "gets it"!
