Only had this cartridge for a month or so and went to print my labels for holiday cards the other day. Many came out with the 3rd line (city, state, zip) partly faded and I had to use a pen to gently fill in. I removed the cartridge and gave it a shake and reinserted it. Next page came out no better. I know my printer is an early Photosmart and maybe you don't sell many of these cartridges.

Very disappointed in this purchase.
Installed 6/24/24 when I first recieved the cartridge and did the usual printed page at first. Every thing appeared to work well then. Now, on 10/15/24, the printer is not printing or copying. Tried to clean the cartridges which was no help.

I have an old C4480 printer that uses 74 ink cartridges. Purchased cartridges boxed as 74 on label, listed as 74/350;and140/860 when installed message stated not compatible cartridges. What can I do to correct this problem?
