Damaged package
Purchased from HP store and package was damaged in delivery. Can’t tell it item is damaged and bought this early as I was expecting to run out of ink. Impossible to talk to someone on the phone about this due to covid issues

I ordered online and it arrived in a few days. It was quick and easy to install. No wasted time or ink on alignment. Works great! I recycled the old ink in supplied bag and returned to HP. I wish they had an ink recycle program to earn points for cash toward new purchases

Printer hp Envy 6255 is about a year old and the ink is dripping from cartridge and ran out. I bought 2 new cartridges, black and color and printer is still not printing. Cartridge is still dripping and it is brand new. very disappointed in the whole product.

I bought this printer recently because I was tired of having to look for disappearing ink cartridges,and then waiting weeks for my online order of same. The printer is wireless and easily connected to both my Samsung phone and my iPad tablet. So convenient!

I have used this style cartridge only twice, as have not had the printer that uses this, very long. My first impression was the colors were not as good as the old type. However the second set does seem to be better than the first set. With this style you cannot see the ink level in the cartridge, even though the printer does tell you the availability. It is easy to put in. There ae only two cartridges to deal with instead of several. As I do not need anything to be extra bright, sharp, or whatever, this is just fine for my needs. Do wish ink was a bit cheaper though. Overall, satisfied. Only had one other printer, and it used HP ink too, which was fine. Am not an aficionado over these things, just know if it works for me or not, and it does.

Easy setup & fast delivery
Called tech support about problem with old printer (which got fixed over the phone) and decided to upgrade/update to the ENVY 7850 all in one. Received it within 3 days of my call along with ink. Took about 10-15 min to install. Printer more compact than old one

Ink Cartridges
Usually I am satisfied with the product. But about 3 months ago I purchased tri color and black cartridges from Best Buy, they didn't work, so when I tried to return to Best Buy they would not take them, and said I had to go directly to HP, well tried emails and phone numbers and they always said I had wrong contact information. So that was approximately $68 that I spent and had to discard them, I actually sent them in a prepaid package (that I got in the mail) back to HP for reuse I guess.

So easy to use!
Click and print. So easy!! Set up was simple and it’s very compact and quiet. I have it 4 stars because despite not printing a crazy amount, the ink seems to run out faster than I would hope and refills aren’t cheap. Overall I like it and definitely recommend.

Hello, is this ink compatable with the hp envy 6400e?
The 64 standard and 64XL cartridges are not compatible with the 6400e series printer line. You can use either the 67 standard or 67XL cartridges with the ENVY 6400e series printers.
