Ink dries up if not used regularly
I discovered that if I don't use the printer regularly the ink dries up or becomes unusable. Good $$ wasted with this printer because of the ink issue.If you use it often, no problem. Every now and then - printing issues because of dried up ink, throwing them away

Why 64 Cartridges Required vs 62
We couldn’t find our latest auto shipment of 64 cartridges and tried to use 62 cartridges that we had for backup. Although they would work we were notified that 62 cartridges were not part of automatic system so we ordered 64 cartridges that arrived in two days and work fine

My printer still tells me there is not enough ink when there is still ink in the cartridges.
This has happened with all the HP printers we have had and still have 2.

Poor quality cartridge
The black cartridge ran out of ink quickly. I have only made 20-25 copies and it is already printing very light black. I have ordered other, cheaper brands that have lasted much longer.

Black ink dries out.
The black ink cartridge dries out about halfway through using it. The color cartridge lasts longer for some reason. I have complained about this before but nobody seems to care as no one has contacted me to follow up on my complaint.

Ink Cartridges 64 Black Noir/Tri-color
I typed in the exact model of my printer into your search to find the correct ink cartridges, HP Envy 5052 and several ink cartridges came up. I purchased the double 64 Black Noir & Tri-color and they do not work in my printer. I tried to return them only to be notified via email that I cannot return the ink cartridges because they’ve been opened. I am out over $40 because your site suggested the wrong ink cartridges for my printer and I cannot return them because they’ve been opened, none of this makes sense. Poor business practices! I won’t be shopping with HP again, I will buy my cartridges somewhere else with better knowledge of what work with my printer.

Runs out too fast
The ink is great when it's there. I have never gone thru ink cartridges as fast as with this printer. I am printing a project which should take "some" ink. Not 3 cartridges. No way

Didn’t last very long
Well I bought this ink and it lasted for maybe fifty copies. I do love my hp printer but I definitely need xl cartridges instead of just standard cartridges. Otherwise good product and quality when printing. Wish it gave more ink. I would use the ck again just not the standard cartridges.

Hello, is this ink compatable with the hp envy 6400e?
The 64 standard and 64XL cartridges are not compatible with the 6400e series printer line. You can use either the 67 standard or 67XL cartridges with the ENVY 6400e series printers.
