Replacement of an early failure
This was a replacement for a new one which stopped being recognized by my HP Envy 7640 printer. It was fine for about 20-30 pages and then all I got was an error. HP replaced it, but it was a hassle.

Good black ink cartridge. I haven't kept track of calendar time, but the xl cartridge seems to last over a year in my HP printer. I haven't had a true HP cartridge dry out, either. I bought some reused cartridges from a brick store, and those have dried up very quickly - what a waste of money. I recommend true HP cartridges.
