There was a tremendous difference in color and black resolution and they didn’t last half as long. HP inks are worth the difference especially because as an architecture office, the printer quality is very important.

I felt I should be entitled to a new cartridge at no charge. The faulty one is on it's way back to you.

It is like a child coloring just slightly outside the lines, but enough to make the finished document hard to read. The printer will not print with this condition. Then when I re-insert insert the used cartridge I want to replace, I do not get the message and the printer works fine. My HP Officejet J4550 All-in-One uses HP 901 cartridges. The HP 901 cartridges have been discontinued. The HP J4550 printer is not listed as compatible with the HP 60 cartridge. Is the HP 60 cartridge compatible with the HP J4550 printer?
