Replaced these non-HP branded cartridges with these HP ones, cleaned up the mess inside the printer, and everything worked much better. I will admit these cartridges were expensive, and that is the reason for a "Good" rating vs an "Excellent" rating. My client wanted to return the printer, and these products changed their mind. Thanks.

However, it costs $1,000 to replace high volume cartridges, and they do not last very long. I can’t afford that. It’s literally price gouging. There is no reason for toner to cost that much.

I do allot of printing about 8 to 10,000 copies a month. I have had only one cartage that I returned. There return policy was good and they replaced it.
