Great quality
We had purchased generic cartridges before for half the price, but their quality was poor. The quality of the prints they made was also quite poor. We switched back to official HP toner cartridges and have never been disappointed. Great quality in every print. We're able to print photos again too that look fantastic. We appreciated the included return label to send back the old cartridges for free as well.

Genuine HP toner has never failed me.
I prefer to buy genuine HP toner because it has never failed. Dependable. Never have had a problem with the cartridges working with my HP printer. But wish they were not so expensive!

waterproof!
I was cleaning out our air conditioner return line and left it overnight. That part of the garage got flooded with water and the box of toners completely soaked. Fortunately they're in waterproof canisters so they stayed dry.
Haven't tried them in the printer yet but hopefully they work.

Toner product is BAD
I have an HP color printer and the toner cartridge lasts half the stated print number. I recently put in 4 new cartridges and the yellow says low after 50 copies - they never last long, very poor product

This is my first replacement cartridge purchase
I purchased my first replacment cartridge order for the HP M452nw Color Laser Printer. I was very satisfied with the cartridges that came with the unit. Therefore, I decided to not be cheap by purchasing generic cartridges. I have always had good luck with HP inkjet printers. I am very satisfied with this color laser. It is an awesome printer for my graphic design business. I primarily use it for water slide decals and t-shirt transfers. I would definitely recommend the HP M452nw and the HP410A cartridges. This was the best price directly from HP.

Quick replacements
I ordered replacement toner cartridges and I was pleasantly surprised that I received them so quickly. I order directly from HP because of an issue I had with toner from the retailer I purchased my HP printer from. I was getting blue streaks on my printed pages and I looked on HPs self help and it said that the issue was with the toner. I ordered the Blue toner directly from HP and everything worked great! I now order all my toner from HP.
