Color Toner
Old color cartridges were leaking, streaking color on paper. So far, these are streaking a bit but much less. On the down side, they seem too expensive.

I ordered the toner as what I had was almost out (less than 100 pages). With working from home, I am printing so much more now and needed the new cartridges fast! Shipping said something like 5-12 business days which I knew would be too long. Much to my surprise, it arrived two days later! It was perfect timing and the packaging was great!

I needed cyan!
I was out of cyan! I must use more blue than I thought! HP provides the correct cartridge for my printer so I purchased the three color pack. Please check back for further exciting details when magenta needs a refill!

incorrect color jet cartridges
I purchased 1 black cartridge and a set of color cartridges. The black was correct (414A) but the color cartridges are 410A which do not fit in my new printer. I have reported this (case:509179542), product no.: W1A80A. I don't know to whom I should send the new color cartridges and am hoping HP will replace these with the correct ones (414A)

Excellent service and product
Called HP Customer Service, because website didn't work. To order HP Orig. 410A 3-Pack, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow LaserJet Toner Cartridges for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP-M47fdn. Excellent service, assistance in purchase, email with receipt, no ship fee, cartridges arrived in record time. Only problem I have is the box isn't put into a shipping box so when left on porch people walking by or driving wouldn't see the products. I always buy original toner for my HP. Otherwise can wreck the printer. Color is excellent, usually lasts 1 yr Cost $353-3 cartridges.

Easy replacement of toners
I am in love with my new printer and how easy it is to replace the toners. It is also a great idea to have the return tag in the box so that people send them back to you. We have more than enough in our land fills and more people need to recycle. It is great how easy you have made it for us. Thank you.

Over priced
The only way Hp makes any money is by selling over priced toners and inks but they do work well. I am sure there are re sellers
that are more cost effective than Hp but I haven't found one yet.
